MalaysiaLocation wise, it would be better if the hotel residents have their own means of transportation. Alternatively, Grab would be the easiest way to get u to places. For the price, it's worth it. Nothing much to complaint.
If u like a hotel that is simple, quiet and convenient, this is the one you'd like to stay. I like the size of the room especially the bathroom. It's big. The parking is easily accessible but it would be great if the hotel guests are given a flat rate instead of paying by hours.The location is quite close to The Curve and IKEA (about 5 - 7 minutes away), thus it's convenient for a quick shopping. The 7 Eleven at the lobby is not dissapointing at all. Plenty of snacks to choose from.

Nice view..the parking rate was also great, they only charge you rm3.00 per entry. The best thing is that you don't have to go thru the lobby when going into the room, you can straight away go up from the parking lot. Check out is also very simple and convenient

Malaysia1. The receptionist is not friendly and helpful at all. 2. I stayed for 3 nights, the parking charge is about RM70. And it is not covered by the hotel after us paying so much for the hotel stay. 3. The parking area is very shabby with poor lighting. I am a bit disappointed for a three stars hotel like this.

MalaysiaBut this year on Aug23 I checked in and discover that the lobby did not have air conditioning. When I walked into the room, the staff provide me wrong room type. That’s ok. They change for me. After changing room, lay down on the bed. I just realised the bed sheet is so old and it looks like there is no change everytime a visitor checks out. On sep23 , i traveled again. This time i stayed 2 night. The second day morning,when i went out, i calmer reception staff to Helpdesk Make Up the room. When i returned from outside it was already 8pm. I walk into the room and still nobody help me Make Up my room. I feel it’s getting worse and worse and i hope they can be like before. Hope the bedsheet can be changed for a new batch. Thanks

MalaysiaEven the hotel is a 4-star hotel, but it is old. The bathroom’s shower area is ponding with water. There is a water leaking from the ceiling as well. The towels are not cleaned, got lipstick mark. The staff is also unfriendly to answer the inquiry.

MalaysiaThe room was facing a highway and even with the windows shut, the vehicular noise was present throughout the night. There is no hotel car park as the building is within a mixed-use complex with private residences and other retail outlets; so if you are driving, you have to pay for your parking in the complex which looks rather dingy and gloomy at all times.
The size of the room is great, and the room comes equipped with basic amenities and a pantry with basic crockery. Since the hotel doesn't provide room service, it is easy to order in and eat in the room.
