Long narrow steep stairs. Older people like us should book a ground floor. However the cleaning lady was exceptionally nice and helped us with our suitcases upstairs. Also, there is a building site next door, which is fine if you are out all day but maybe not if you want a nice relaxing day in.

Very spacious, comfortable room, a really nice common lounge. Snacks in the kitchen were good, but there was no coffee without milk.

We stayed in the family suite and were really impressed! Both rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Our kids had a great time too. The suite had 2 TVs, which was super convenient, and the fridge was very cold, perfect for keeping our drinks and snacks fresh. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and space.The check-in process was very easy and smooth, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. There’s roof parking, the artificial grass area is perfect for kids to play. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The living hall is super spacious, great for relaxing with family. In the kitchen, there’s a water filter and a large fridge, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

I love they way they solve problems. I booked on the wrong date, I am in Ipoh already! and the staff guide me what to do and I manage to change the date without any extra charges. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. They have water dispenser and I can refill my water anytime at the premises. Will definitely booked this place again

Property was close to town less than 10 mins away from town centre. Smart TV in front of the bed was nice as could watch a movie while in bed. Parking was spacious, private and safe. Overall recommend this property for anyone staying in Ipoh.

Just a little suggestions for the host, for one of the divan is a bit unstable, perhaps can take a look on it. For the cleaning wise，perhaps can ask the cleaner to go in when tenants have checked out🥹 We are satisfy with the services and the cleaner did nothing wrong so please don't be harsh on this. Just a little advice to get 10 for rating.

I think overall everything is just fine and good for me. The room does look the same as the picture. The host is very friendly very responsive and very helpful. The room is pretty clean, lighting is fine and it even has Netflix or YouTube for you. Tips for others: remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Indoor slippers if you need.

I do wish the place had better soundproofing. I could hear everything happening outside the room, which made it hard to fully relax. Soundproofing would definitely improve the overall experience.
