The plumbing of the building needs work. 2 out of 3 bathrooms has water collecting on the floor while showering, and initially 2 toilet flushes did not work. But the staff immediately came n got the toilet flushes sorted out in few hours. However, the water pressure is still a problem. You can either have hot water with very low water pressure or lukewarm water with good water pressure. If the plumbing can be improved, this will definitely be a 10/10 for me.

Very spacious, 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms each, plenty of furniture for all 5 of us to share. Beds were comfortable, blankets provided were thick, kitchen unit had all required utensils n very convenient. Location quite near to other attractions in Kundasang. Washing machines and dryers are available for laundry. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Late check out is available for rm10/hour.

Frequent power outages causing no hotwater, thin walls, kitchen utensils & cookware in poor condition, and the TV set in our allocated room was not working; also noted that it shares the same plug as the wall-fan.

Stayed one night as we planned to hike Maragang Hill the next day. No towels were provided — we had to ask for them. The power sockets in the room didn’t work, so we had to charge our phones outside.

I think the worst thing was the moisture smell in the room. No windows (only a tiny facing the street. Not possible to keep it open due to privacy, safety and noise. No toilet paper in the bathroom and I never could find a staff member to ask some. For the price, not a good service. Smelly pillows, too.

I didnt like the smell inside the bathroom. I vomited once i enter that. Dont have brush, dont have bucket and dipper. Thankfully, the heater works nicely la. I think they should put some fragrances inside. The last one, if you guys staying here dont bring luggage because the room number 9, the stairs so high. Even me need to bring my bag one by one.

I love the view from the balcony. Its refreshing. Okaylah got fan, since its not really cold inside the room unlike the other homestay. Also got tv. What i love is got freezer so we can buy some food in the market and put there.

Too many stairs to reach before get into room. For those brings heavy laugage, advisable to carry carefully.

Nearby cattle farm and market. Quite place to stay. Feel cold during night. Mount kinabalu view in the morning (based on your luck). Place feel like "kampung" summore. Got washing and dryer machine. Pay RM12 for both.

I’m working with tourism & customer service. A bit criticism about your receptionist/staff at the accommodation. She’s very rude and not friendly, she’s even scolded others customers who just arrived in front of us. Is this how you usually served customer? She didn’t serve other customer who is arriving when we doing the laundry, we saw her played with her phone and getting annoyed to us who just want to asked question. During our check out, she still played with her phone, didn’t even greet us and I just put the keys at the reception.

It’s our second time stayed here. We liked it because it beside the road, cozy and great view. Great value of money as well.

Hot shower not to hot, if you had knee problem like me you’ll not appreciate the amount of stairs here.

I was surprised there was laundry service at this accommodation which is great. And never thought night view of Kundasang town was fantastic.

The steep and slightly downward part of the kitchen stairs causes a little insecurity, especially for 5-7 years children.
