The soundproofing isn’t very strong. My family-themed room is on level 1, the noise seems to affect the guests staying below. I booked this room mainly so my kids could enjoy the slide, but they were a little disappointed when I had to stop them from playing, as it was causing some disturbance.

The facilities in the VR game room were mostly under maintenance which was a bummer and the available machines encountered faulty errors frequently which disrupts the experience. The air conditioning system kept resetting as well during the middle of the night which made the room a little stuffy, but this only happened past midnight which was odd.

The location was very convenient as it was in the city centre, with walkable distances to many shops and restaurants. The projector available was also a good touch to allow for movie watching as a wind down activity.

The room was quite small and lacked privacy, as there was no partition between the washing basin and the sleeping area. Cleanliness was disappointing — the white walls and bed frame were visibly dirty, and the overall room did not feel well-maintained. Even after requesting housekeeping, the room was not properly cleaned, with strands of hair still visible on the floor.

The location is excellent - just a short walk to Jonker Street, where food options are plentiful. There's even an escape room right next to the hotel, which adds a fun activity conveniently nearby.

The location of the car park which is a bit far if we bring the elderly together. Also, there is only a double bed available.

I like the location, cleanliness & friendly staff. The projector inside the room, is special to me as I feel like watching a movie or YouTube on the bed with a big screen is cool 🤩🤩

Just a note on the room facilities: the toilet doors were translucent, which made it inconvenient for sharing the space with friends or family. The room also wasn’t soundproof, so privacy was limited. We also noticed that the towels sometimes had an unpleasant smell, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

The location was prime and the room was clean, which we appreciated.

I m staying the Slide loft Studio for two nights, every morning get interrupted by the sound from tricycle . The soundproof not doing well.

I love this so much, location is the best part, you just step out to find every good food around. All the best Melacca tourist attractions just near by within 10 minutes walk.

The air cond is not cold enough. Corner of the bedframe too sharp, will cut the leg when passing due to limited space. Staff should be more proactive to explain their activities when check in, such as VR credits given and handcraft activities.

Excellent location, just walking distance to main tourist spots and restaurants. Nice design and many beautiful instagramable spots. Indoor activities available for kids and adults. Free gifts given.

Carpark is quite a walk away. Grab can’t go to the hotel during friday-sunday due to road closure. Sound proofing is not fantastic

The walls are not very thick so you can hear everything very loudly. Underneath our room were the water pipes so you heard everyones water running through very loudly.

The shower wasn't separated from the toilet, which caused it to leak water around and I got wet which I didn't like. The tunnels, though fun, were sticky and a bit smelly. The mini fridge also didn't have any coldness which was really sad as it was super hot and I needed cold water.

I loved the tunnel that travelled from the two bunkbeds. They were really fun to climb and play in. The beds were comfy which was good as I got a good sleep. The bathroom was also clean which is great.
