NetherlandsThe cleanness, the lack of services, no lift in the building, bathroom was not properly cleaned when I arrived, the old uncle at the check in counter needs some support to run the place, when checking out I told him I forgot my AC remote and TV remote in my room, he made he go back take the stairs up and bring it back and didn’t return my deposit until then.

MalaysiaThe air cond is not functioning well. It is not cold, and the most terrible thing is it is leaking!!!!! In the morning when I woke up and walked by, I almost fall down!!! There was a puddle of water on the ground due to the leak. Pls imagine if it was not me, but my mother who fall down in the midnight when she went to the toilet. It could be a fatal injury. The hotel shld not feeling harmless. Minor problem can caused serious result. I am super frustrated with this.

The room was okayish. I doubt the cleanliness but for a budget hotel I hope it could've atleast focused on having the room a bit well maintained.
