We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe paint in the entire room is peeling. The toilet bowl seat has already come loose. The toilet faucet is way too high. The toilet door is broken and patched up with duct tape. The WiFi was totally not working. The view from the window is terrible. Cigarette butt was found in the toilet despite it being a non-smoking room!
