The door to the room was quite noisy, and since more than 10 people were there, someone always closed or opened it, so it was a bit disturbing. I was unlucky, because I had a bed directly, below the air conditioning, so I would always wake up at night being really cold, even though I had a pullover and long trousers on. If the bed had curtains, this could probably be solved.

The location is great, staff is friendly, facilities are fine.

The bathrooms were common for all rooms and the showers were also within the small bathrooms which is not ideal. It was too small of a place to wash.

Good value for money and it's within walkable distance to all must visit places. Nice quaint place! 😊

Check in was terrible. I had to wait for 40min before being able to check in because the reception was locked. They had indicated a number to call (hanged out) incase of this. I could hear it ringing inside at the reception desk. When he eventually showed up, he was so rude.

The room was dirty. I had a good layer of dust under the bed and some trash, that looked like it was not cleaned in weeks. Moreover, had a hole somewhere in the wall and the last night of my stay I found a mouse running under my bed. I do not know if the mouse was there during the other days, but heard some noises throughout the nights.

The location was nice. Close to the mall and restaurants. The room was spacious, with good AC.

The room was not that clean, some insects running over the bed. The windows do not close properly so as soon as you turn off the aircon ir gets really hot in a few minutes. Also a lot of noise coming from the "window" and through the walls. The mattres was unconfortable as you can feel the springs. Having sais that, it's okay to spend a night and the location is good.

I dislike that the toilet is far and how steep the stair is. I dislike how it isn't as clean as I hope it would be. There are a LOT of dusts under the bed. My pen dropped under the table and.. that wasn't a pleasant experience :( I hope they can clean under the beds as well, if you're sensitive to dusts, rethink about staying here :(!!

I like the view of the street and the design interior of the guesthouse. I like the cleanliness of the toilet. I like how easy it is to check in and check out.

a bit noisy at night from people staying in dorms, chatting and often music played. the room has a window but doesn't close so a lot of mosquitos came in..one night I didn't get enough sleep because of too much bites. the corridor besides the room is made of wood, so all walking by to toilet wakes me up by their footsteps.

Great location, with walking distance from main spots in George Town and Armenian Street, easy smooth check in, good staff, the guy at the reception is nice, the room is small but all I need, comfy bed, basic bathroom and shower facilities.

The walls were a little thin so you could hear your neighbours in the morning but it wouldn’t stop be from booking here again!

The location is awesome! It’s very central and easy to walk around to all of the attractions. There are a good amount of showers so you were never waiting and having plates and cups to use was super handy. The reception staff were really lovely and super friendly ☺️
