Ermmm... I would said the parking is a bit disappointed. I parked my motorbike in the reserved space. But the next day when I get my bike, someone purposely put the hotel signboard surrounded my bike, and I found some scratch marks on my bike. I can't said is hotel fault, but I really disappointed on this point.

Honestly, although is 6 person sharing room, but I don't feel uncomfort. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

They have the instructions almost everywhere in the guesthouse. Easy to understand, easy to do it without any help during my stay. The receptionist gave clear instructions through email and WhatsApp for check in, facilities, attractions and car/scooter rentals. Very attentive! The room I stayed also exceeded my expectation with the information given through the map and on the wall, bed and other small but significant facilities like night lamp is much appreciated!

The location is quite hard to find cause the signboard for the guesthouse is very small. It stay beside the Klinik Swaran, the building is black. This is my opinion, for the smoking area the smell of it kinda disturbing because you can smell it in your room. But it depend on the person lah they okay with it or not. And the family who want to stay here, make sure you don't bring old people cause there is only stairs u can use to go to the guesthouse. So it is not very old friendly eh. I also don't like how the iron place is because it's too small and very hard to use. But overall, the staying was almost perfect for 3 days 2 nights here. Only a small weaknesses lah. Worth your money also. Keep in mind, place to eat also hard to find in that area.

The place is nice and has great security for the house. The cctv is everywhere. The family room with private bathroom is very clean and are comfortable for my whole family. They just upgrade their air conditioner to the bigger one. So, it functioned really well. The staff are so nice. The place inside is very clean because the staff always clean the facilities following their time. They also prepared everything in the room like hair dryer, hair and body shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste. However, keep in mind lah toothpaste tu is the cheap one punya. The parking also prepared by the facility.

It was perhaps a little bit further from the airport than I would of liked. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.. The room was quite small.

The owner is really friendly and patient. Bed was comfortable The location in a residential area, I thought, was interesting. It allowed a different perspective of life in Penang and the restaurants available.

The bathroom in the dorm/shared room doesnt have the toilet bowl (cuz the one with the toilet bowl are located at the end of the hall and it is shared by all other rooms) and yet still have a very strong urine odor. I wonder if they pee on the floor and if they does, its disgusting and very inmoral. The management should take serious this matter cuz everything was perfect except that particular issues. At least, put a sticker where it says “bath only, not to pee or take a shit cuz it’s obviously doesn’t have a toilet bowl duhh”
