Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaNeighbourhood in which this hotel is located feels a little bit unsafe at night. There is however 24/7 hotel security in front of the hotel to make it up for it.
Abundant breakfast, nice and helpful staff, major attractions close to the hotel.

VietnamThe hotel is near by MRT Pasar Seni about 5 mins walk. It’s convenient to discover Central market, Jalan Petaling and go around by MRT or KJL. All staffs are very friendly. I will come back if i have change to visit KL again.

The location is amazing, looking straight out on to Central Market. Easy walk from the LRT. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Loved the rooftop pool with its city views. Comfy bed and well laid out bathroom. Breakfast was very good

Perfect central location, easy to get to stations from for the MRT or to get a grab. Markets right next door and the main sites all a short drive away. The property’s pool was great to chill around in the midday heat and the room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent

IrelandBreakfast selection was okay, but don't expect full buffet. They had eggs, cereal, continental and some fruit and a small selection of hot food, so it was enough. I could hear the trains passing from the room I had, not a deal breaker though.
Location was fantastic, very central to most things and only a short train ride to KLCC and Petronas towers. Petaling Street is a great market and is only a 5 min walk, and central market is right next door. Staff very helpful even at my 1.30am check in.
