IndiaThere was no lift in the hotel, which lead to difficulty in taking up the luggage. However the hotel staff were very kind and helpful in taking our luggage up and also in bringing it down at checkout. Also there was a planned power outage on 25th August 2025 at day time in the whole Morib city, which made it tedious for us. They should keep a power backup for AC and bathroom water through a generator or Inverter / battery which sadly was not available. Additionally most of the staff were not well versed with English language and spoke only Malay Bahasa, which led to some minor issues in communication.
Nice lobation, just 5 minutes walking distnce from the Morib beach. A very clean hotel of Malaysia.

Steven was an outstanding host. Honestly, exceptional - and funny. He was taking care of me during my stay, made sure I was safe, drove me around without asking for money, showed me some local hidden gems, took me on a little hike, made sure I had food and drinks, ... the list is long.
