    I dont like the facilities , a lot of damage The person in charge also not responsive Hold my deposit too long , almost 12 hours to get my deposit, Any reported issue was ignored Ver very poor management... If u guys planning to stay in this appartment...u guys can try another landlord Fast respon before u check in, but after u check out, too worst , need to call many time to ask yur deposit So i just give only 1/10 for this kind of properties

    The swimming pool is quite large and comfortable, also the cleaner always clean up the pool and around it...

    The customer service is terrible, late reply but request for a fast deposit transfer. We need to get the key from another building which is very uncalled for. We all we're so tired looking for the room as the instructions are unclear and added with late replies.

    Check in collect key info only sent after chasing and chasing 3~4 times , and keep calling Micheal. After check in, realised 1 of the bathroom heater is not working, so we can't enjoy the long bath without hot water. kitchen cold water not working, so only hot water, too hot to wash. Some lighting and switches demage. Complain to Micheal on 1st day, said want to come to check but never turn up no action taken at all for the rest of my stay. Message response very very slow. Deducted my deposit for late check out without reminder, ask to waive it , he said he needed to ask the owner, after 3 days, no news. I don't want to remind him again and again. Overall, I am not happy with the stay due to no response to our complaints at all. This is my first experience with Airbnb, and it was a bad experience. The room is at Straits Quay. The ads photo is somewhere else not relavenve at all. You only know your room location upon picking up the key.

    In a nutshell this is a complete scam! It is not the property advertised or selected when booking. When speaking to the owner before check in he assured me this was the property as shown in pictures. He refused to give me check in info as is self check in until 1hr before when he told me to go to a cafe in straits quay. I said I didn’t have WiFi so would need the info and assumed he was sending me to the cafe to use their WiFi on arrival. Instead when I arrived I waited an hour for someone to meet me and take me to an apartment in straits quay even though I had asked several times if this is definitely the same place as location is different on maps. No sea view. A tiny apartment which he told me I was only allowed to use the living room and not the bedroom even though the apartment I booked stated separate living area. No swimming pool as advertised. When I spoke to the manager over the phone to say this was dishonest he lost it and started to shout at me. He said he gave this apartment as I didn’t have WiFi? Then told me if I really wanted I could walk to a different property and get keys from reception, this also would not be the property booked and was a 15minute walk away with my luggage after an already long travel and waiting around I decided to just accept my loss and stay here. He made me feel very uncomfortable, I found it very odd that I was told to sleep on a sofa bed and not use the bedroom or bathroom with the bath. It was all just very annoying, I wish I had delved into the reviews before booking this place. He clearly owns several apartments none of which are the one advertised and sends you on a wild goose chase to check in.

    Pillows should be changed, it's very smelly. Please provide some toiletries. Coffee/tea.

    1. One room aircond not cold 2. One bathroom no hot water heater 3. No toilet paper in bathrooms 4. No tissue paper 5. Not enough towels, only 4. 6. They told us to pay extra RM200, apparently upgraded our apartment. But, the poor condition of the apartment is not an upgrade. We've been cheated in paying extra RM200. 7. I demand a full refund RM898 + RM200 = RM1,098/=, failing which I will take any action deemed appropriate to recover my monies

    Owner not friendly, Towel only provided next day after request. Owner upgrade room with extra charges without asking, room got coacroches, only one air condition in good working order, no utensils

    Dishonest host. The host confirmed that we would have a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views. On arrival we found it was a three bed and told two bed isn't available and not to use the third bedroom or we would be charged extra. Despite what's app messaging with the host we are still waiting for the host to return our 200 ringgit security deposit. Booking.com, you need to take action against these type of illegal accommodation hosts.

    - No Wifi, after inform nothing was done. - leakage of water from aircond, after reporting, no action taken. - We rented a unit suppose to be two rooms. Unit given 3 rooms, and we were charge for that after 3 rooms was used. Suppose to lock the door room if not allow to use.

    This is scammer homestay. The owner totally scam your deposit and make a excuses to refuse pay back your deposit. They will say will transfer back the deposit to you within 24 hours. It's a lie. Until now i haven't receive my deposit RM200 back. When you do a booking in booking Com, u have no choice but have to stay there because u already pay the stay via online banking. ( If u want to cancel, there is no refund for ur booking money) . This homestay owner has no responsible at all, to meet and pass the keys. No pickup the phone also. They only use whatsapp to give the instructions to take the keys and access card from the mailbox. And they are so cruel by telling you to check outt before 11am, if late from that, will have rm60 extra charges. I will make a police report and also make a report to i-santorini management regarding this matter. Please dear customer, read the review first before make ur booking .

    The bathroom was not clean and the heater was dysfunctional. The bedsheet seems to be old and not clean as well which made us feel uncomfortable. The swimming pool was under maintenance and the staff didn't inform us earlier. Most importantly the room was not the same as the one shown in the booking.com

    1. Booked seaview holiday home for rm300, but only at 3 pm after calls and whatsapp many times the staff whatsapp have some problem with the room. Offer others room at another place (Landmark) with additional charged of rm100. Have no choice. When arrive at the offered room at 3.45pm was not yet ready and still doing cleaning....floor still wet...what a time waste... 2. 3rd room door only by curtain....totally no privacy..

    The room is not even same as a picture . Tv remote control can't use , I not even can watch tv . Induction stove not working . The host ask for security deposit 15 minutes before check in . So then only they provide the info how to check in . Why don't ask early and provide all info before I arrive ? Easy for us to read early and download the video given .. I don't feel comfortable since I know Penang banned the apartment homestay . The front neighbors keep looking at us when we enter or leave the unit. Also no towel provided .I need to keep asking the host . Then they sent me after 2pm next day. The body soap they provide also smell stinky . Nothing I can impress from this stay . I will banned the name and property from my list not even recommended to others . I don't know how the others can wrote the good reviews about their stay . But not for me

    Too many rules. Too many terms. And most of the rules is too strict. Still cant believe the check out time. 3pm onwards check in is a must and 11.30 must check out or need to pay extra rm60 per hour or deposit will not be returned. Really shocking since i never see a host that is not close to call good. in response, we check out 1 hour early and will not come again. Hope booking.com can be more responsible and alert about who can use this platform and who are not suitable. I already sent an email to them and hoping that there will be an action towards all the low rating for customers satisfaction.

    I booked this place before seeing the review. Really regret not reading it before booking. But somehow , after texting the host earlier , we manage to check in without problem.

    The owner personally will whatapps us and ask us to transfer a deposit of RM100. Then until now the deposit not yet returned back. Although all the things are properly returned back such as the key and access card.

    We found a spider on the bed and host did not response after we reported it.

    Breakfast is not included in the booking. The location is convenient to the areas where we want to go.
