The car park inside the building why using stairs instead of the elevator? The price wasn't cheap. The swimming pool. Once your feet touch the floor of the pool u can feel slimey on your feet. Please clean the pool. The glass door inside the bathroom please clean the moldy plastic. Please always clean the sewer. My room suddenly flooded because of the clog from the sewer. I even have to use the toilet beside the swimming to take bath. The breakfast u can do better. More foods needed. It just to simple not have many varieties.

The staff, the g sture of hospitality are awesome.

The quilt core is yellow and moldy, there are bugs on the bed, the shower head adjustment is broken, and the water nozzle is leaking

The Tv channels need to improve.Tv also not working properly. The air conditioning is not cold..need to fix the aircond in room 714 .the flip was fix upsidedown. No light at balcony.

Breakfast bad, 1 example; instant coffee.🤦 Lobby music, horrid and non-stop. Beer well over priced. Food decent from menu.

Aircon was not cold initially until a complaint was lodged and staffs came to fix it. Toilet flush not working well, need to press a few times.

View was great. Staffs friendly and helpful. Bathroom sink countertop has huge space to put toiletries on. Bed was comfortable.

I highly recommend to check the menu for the breakfast choice. First time ever, i had nasi lemak without anchovies, which is a well-known dish for Malaysia. To check the pillow casing. And the ant probs.

* Receptionist could have been more honest. The whole floor smelled durian and in the room, too, but wasn't informed until I was given the room. I have to request the housekeeping to make a miracle. Luckily, they have a balcony. * The shower head can be changed. * Requested for double bed, but couldn't but since according to availability cant comment much. But my request had to be reminded. * No privacy as the balcony facing the other hotel carpark even requested for higher level...given lower one.

For the second trip here, i have to recommend their room service food. Its pretty good. I liked the side view of the balcony. It has more options with channels too.

When i came in, there was strong smoke smell came from the bathroom. When the room is a no smoking room. So weird. I had to use my body mist to spray the whole room to remove the bad odour.

I booked last minute and still got a beautiful room with Seaview. Very calm place. The location also quite strategic!

My room was upgraded due to preferences of more comfortable bed and was purposely chosen with a bathtub. However, the bathtub is leaking and always causing wet on the toilet floor- which is dangerous as it is slippery. Called the staff, maintenance came twice, but problem always reoccur again. The were also no handle to hold to enter the bathtub, which is also not suitable for children and pregnant women.

The room chosen was awesome with the seaview. The Room is also spacious, with a sofa bed and bed was comfy as well. The location of the hotel is strategic , close to shops and dine place.

My sliding door stuck and the environment not clean enough.. a bit expensive for me because i cannot see the beach view
