Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe duvet is clean with no odd smell but there are visible stains that you can see quite clear. Maybe can use strong detergent or bleach.
The reception counter was very accommodative. The size of room was nice. Very comfy bed. Clean. Has all basic amenities in the room, except for an iron ( you can use the ones in the corridor) but good enough to have a mini bar fridge. Good TV and radio reception which usually even higher rate hotel cannot provide. Only one minute walking to the Hospital Awam Kuching which is totally a bonus if you are visiting admitted family members/friends. Even though they do not offer breakfast and other meals, but there is a connected a food court and shops ranging from convenience stores to restaurants and even pharmacies. They even have laundry services and big parking levels.

Malaysia1. Our room no minibar, on check out day then only realised the minibar sent to the room. 2. The towel on our first night has black spots and and thin not presentable. On 2nd night they changed and gave us a better one. 3. Parking rate can be much cheaper, maybe flat rate rm5/-. Knowing the area is in hospital compound, i believe guests normally are people who are coming for medical followups etc and some people need to stay long stay. Thanks!

Close to most of the local attractions, food is no problem. Just beside the hotel. If possible ask for a room with view of the Kuching Waterfront. Nice night view.
