Windows are not soundproof. As the location is good, however as we are close to the main road. Vehicle sounds can be quite loud and noisy. The staircase up the hostel can be improved by making sure its clean and clear from debris.

Jefferson is a superb host. He was friendly, engaging with all guests, making sure I was comfortable during my stay.

Good area, easy access to the markets and bars. The hostel is clean and there’s a communal balcony. The pods were fairly spacious and didn’t feel cramped.

The staff was super nice and helpful, they upgraded my stay because they were fully booked and when the entire building went w/o water they went out pf their way to make it as easy as possible on us while the problem got solved

There were gender toilets, but it was clear that men kept using the women’s bathroom. There wasn’t really any common space to eat (no food is allowed in the rooms).

1. Surrounded by not well-maintained old buildings. But 'hey', it's a budget accommodation location. 2. It is difficult for Muslims to perform prayer due to the limited availability of space, but you can use the living space. 3. The corridor for capsules in the room is narrow, but I'm OK with it. 4. Be prepared for rooms with no windows and a blast of AC. A hostel blanket saved me.

The bathroom itself was not always top clean and there were some permanent stains on the towels. The room itself is very small but you can use lockers in the hallway.

We arrived late and the staff was very helpful with the checkin. Overall staff was friendly. Good bed and very clean.

I had a really good night's sleep when I stayed here. The dorms have comfy beds and the pods mean you have privacy. The location was central and easy to get to from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were good bar if you caught them around lunch. We asked to extend and they said we could but then we didn’t get booked in to extend and contacted asking why we hadn’t checkout yet ‘Beds’ if you can call them that, were solid. Felt more like sleeping on the floor Not the hostels fault but many of the guests have no idea how to be in a hostel, alarms at 5am, lights on and off regularly.

The lockers were too small to put big backpacks in but that’s the only thing overall it didn’t affect our stay!

The beds were very comfortable and spacious - plenty of room for 2 people (i’m 6ft 1 and didn’t struggle). The bedding was clean and they provided clean towels. There is a station to make tea and coffee and free water refills, the bathrooms were clean too. The staff were also very friendly.

The staff of Delsie, Jeff and Michelle and others were so kind to me and took care of my special health needs. Good bed with curtains and light/outlet. very clean. Great location in a non touristy area so can see the local culture but still very close to the night market and waterfront. free coffee and a big fridge. Nice big lockers. they allow u to pay on arrival so don't need your pay the tourist tax.
