Although is a spa hotel, not enough spa staffs to handle big group of people patrolling the spa activities together.

The spa facilities, the smell of spa of the hotel, near to town, big and well maintained hotel building and fixtures and helpful staff who assist in finding our lost items after checking out.

Would avoid rooms with adjoining door (noise weak spot) - noisy over weekends. Location not quite walkable to town but fine with Grab.

Highly recommended! This hotel is sooooo good! 😍 The receptionist was also very friendly and had a great attitude. Thank you! The room is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable! Although breakfast isn’t provided by the hotel, there are plenty of food options nearby—within walking distance. Right next to the hotel is Mama Kim Restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner with a variety of noodle and rice dishes. On Level 1, there’s also a spa—and oh my God, the experience is truly amazing! Parking is available too, and I absolutely love it. So convenient and comfortable!

The rooms have aged, a few damages in the rooms, dent and torn mat on the floor room. Lights on the closet were flickering. TV connection unstable.

A place for couple to rest and SPA. We enjoyed our massage and SPA for 2 hours plus at the reasonable price RM195 per pax. The room is clean and water dispenser is provided for unlimited water refill.

1. The Hotel smell like a spa. The body wash and shampoo given smell amazing. 2. The location is good because it is very near to the city. We book it because its the only available hotel for last minute during public holiday. 3. Easy check in and check out. Staff at the counter is polite 4. There is roof top place for hanging out and view at level 3 5. There is a Coway water machine and tea (I think) outside the room. 6. On the last day, we notice that after parking our car overnight, the car was covered in bird poo. Luckily, the staff was very helpful and help us clean our car.

My go-to hotel when I’m in Ipoh. Really love the ambience, the bed is super comfortable, the body wash smells very pleasant and refreshing! (Spa scented) this time around i tried the spa, it was the best massage i’ve ever had!

Floors were stained, probably by previous occupants. Need some deep cleaning to get rid. Towels are clean but are worn out/stained, need some renewal.

Location was great. Hotel theme is nice and pleasant.

Would be great if hotel can provide self-service coin laundry.

Location was okay. Even though we need to Grab to the central for more food options, it is still better, as the place is quiet and peaceful. Love it that the hotel allows parking for our motorcycles, it was sheltered and right at the side entrance. All the staff (front desk, security) were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel if I come to Ipoh in future.

No swimming pool which is an only down side for the kids

Very clean and comfortable hotel! I absolutely loved the in-room toiletries — the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were honestly so good, definitely a step above the usual hotel offerings. There’s also a lovely balcony where you can catch the sunset, and a cozy common area that’s perfect for relaxing. A great stay overall!

Room is kinda small.

The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the citronella scent throughout the space; it added a refreshing and natural touch. The calming spa music in the common areas created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
