Staff good

The spa facilities, the smell of spa of the hotel, near to town, big and well maintained hotel building and fixtures and helpful staff who assist in finding our lost items after checking out.

Although is a spa hotel, not enough spa staffs to handle big group of people patrolling the spa activities together.

The nice smelling corridor to the room. All toiletries were provided, including room slippers. The wellness kitchen in the hotel is also a nice experience. The staff at the restaurant recommends a few special dishes, and I like the recommended flower tea.

We booked a 1.5-hour full body massage spa and specifically mentioned we wanted a couple room. It was a disappointment. First, there were 2 beds available in the same room for the body scrub and rain massage but they put me and my husband in a separate room. Then they gave us a couple room for the body massage. Guess what!!! They put a male massage therapist in the couple room. I always go for spa massages and is the 1st time they put a male therapist in a couple room. I am very uncomfortable and disappointed with this arrangement. Spoil the whole nice experience we had on this spa hotel.

Location in a quiet of town.

Hot water was not hot enough to have a relaxing shower after a hot long day. Inadequate parking space for guests. Beddings were old especially the sheets and pillow covers.

Smells great. Friendly staff. Adjacent to good restaurant.

Would avoid rooms with adjoining door (noise weak spot) - noisy over weekends. Location not quite walkable to town but fine with Grab.

Can improve about parking and lighting in the room. Overall is good, clean.

Parking limited and bird's dropping. The heater is a bit cold at night shower

Modern and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Own parking available. Really good restaurant at the premises (best sauna mee).

Lighting in the room can be not enough. No full isolation between toilet area and bedroom.
