One of the room a little bit hot. The fan not function. The aircon also not cold. But otherwise ok lah. Wifi suddenly cannot use at night. It restore on the morning. And I found 2 hair on the blanket. Look like the private part hair..

Place cleanliness was awful. Cabinet full of belongings. Toilet was fairly not suitable for bringing kids... swimming pool was dirty... photos was another building pool.. parking was very far... inconvenience for carrying lots of luggage.. balcony & toilet dirty

1) Parking card not working upon c/in. Luckily the guard help is to open the gate. 2) Wooden entrance door was making a loud cracking sound when we open it & it doesn't close smoothly...like the door is out of frame. 3) Facility that was advertised in booking.com is not the same as the actual place for example in booking.com shows there were a lot of plates and cups available for us to us but when we open the cupboard, there were only 3 bowls and 3 cups with few chopsticks. 4) we were unable to use the stove. 5) some of the kitchen cabinet were mouldy and it was not clean properly. I can find dirty cloth in one of the cabinet under the stove. 6) water pressure at the shower in the master bedroom is quite slow. 7) Shower holder in the 2nd bathroom was fix too high for me to put back the shower after use.

Clothes in the washing machine never take out, and the condo environment very old very dirty, it is an old building. They only take good looking pictures to post, when u reached there u will realise.

Good day, but it were very bad days for us to stay here. If you don't have ANY PLACE to stay, then you can stay here, but i would like to address all the things that we have to endure by staying here :- 1. First of all, only one parking lot was provided for a homestay of 8 people. Do you expect 8 people to come in one car? Where are we? Hogwarts? We got fined 3 times for parking outside the building, and the space was limited. 2. When we try to enter the homestay, the front door handle came off and the lock wasn't secured at all, we couldn't feel safe staying there at night and to leave our things in the house. 3. One of the rooms was locked, so some of us had to sleep outside in the hall because the owner took time to reply to us. 4. The next day, someone barged into the homestay (saying they're the shop owner down stairs) without our permission to enter and tried to open the locked room when we were sleeping. 5. There were not enough cups and cutleries for use to eat. Only 4 mugs and 4 bowls for homestay of 8 people. 6. No tissue, detergent, or sponge to clean the utensils were prepared for the guests. We had to buy on our own to clean the utensils. 7. There were no plates in the cabinets, but the owner accused us of stealing the plates. PLATES THAT DIDN'T EXIST suddenly disappeared after our check out. 8. There are not enough blankets and towels for the people to sleep there. 9. The owner also accused us of stealing 2 big bags of BEDSHEETS. We spent thousands to stay here, but we stole their cheap bedsheets? 10. The water flow was slow because it was a series circuited. The flow became slower, even the sink was used. 11. The wifi didn't work at all during the stay, and the line was really slow for us to use our own data. 12. It was a busy traffic area, and we stuck in the jam right outside the building for nearly 30 minutes. 13. No water dispenser was provided, and the electric kettle was really dirty.

firstly the place is old. the building was like a rundown. not comfortable. and have to “sneak in” as unable to speak with guards because we are actually not allowed to be in. technically felt unsafe to be in the building. its like trespassing. lift lobby was smelly. the toilet was poorly maintained. the house was poorly maintained. musky smell. unhygienic as the sink sponge was reused. and its not even in good condition to be reused. the corridor was dark. basically poorly maintained by both host and the building management.

There were bed bugs. They bit some of my family members. One door lock in the master bedroom's toliet was broken.

Very comfortable, good view, surrounding. Suitable place for family or big groups.
