Hygiene: kitchen with quite a number of cockroaches, especially at night. Actual unit design and cleanliness very big difference. Ie ceiling, no bean bag and carpet.

Location, next to Kesas highway. Nearby with convenient store.

Staff did not respond when asking for change of towels or laundry help. Did not look like the picture provided at all. Is definitely not 5min to Sunway Pyramid, its a 8min grab drive. Quite remote place.

Toiletries were provided, and apartment was renovated and nice. Security was great.

Dusty not well clean on certain area like lamp, lights. And 2 bathroom leaking. No hangar at bathroom to hang clothes. Parking is terrible need to round up to 7th floor. Key collections is inconvenience.

Can accommodate up to 10 pax. Home is spacious nice and simple decorations. Aircond is good and cold.

The beds sheet and blankets are so dusty. The bathroom lock stucked and my husband was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes. The management was so irresponsible to fix it. The sink was clogged.

It was a complete disaster. The door was barely functioning, leaving us feeling unsafe the entire time. No basic toiletries were provided—how is this even acceptable in a paid accommodation? The WiFi? Forget about it, it didn’t work at all. To top it off, the house was filthy, with no signs of proper cleaning before our arrival. For those planning to stay here in the future, be careful. Don’t be fooled by the location; the management clearly doesn’t care about maintaining the property or guest experience. Definitely not worth the money.

The location is the only good thing about this place.

The room was not as advertised, especially the hall. The picture looks attractive and gives you the feel like its a good place to hang out with friends and all even though i did specify its for 3 adults. But it was simply disappointing. 2 guys had to sit together on a cramped up sofa and i had to sit on an outdoor stool kinda chair. My friends are not gonna let me handle room bookings anymore. LOL! And the parking lot for this unit was also bad. We had to make so many climbs and turns (10+) just to reach the allotted floor.

The only good thing about the place was the spaciousness

Bathroom bad condition ,shower head bad condition so dirty uncomfortable to take shower,towel not clean ,a lot of defects in this house Parking very difficult 1 car only u can park at parking lot the rest have to park at road side . Security very rude. After booking payment done the host never send check in details they ask me to pay security deposit Rm200 then only they send me details ,the time booking never mention about the security deposit payment. The unit not same as in this photos!!!! Really very bad and not worth for money

Was the way to check in, but the matter solved. The parking in level A7 was hard to reach as I was having a big car.

Way to check out, security people were working in gate of the property parking, they gave me a great support as they let me park the car in G floor near by the gate , 👍

The aircond for one of the bedroom is not cool enough. The wifi got issue and should solve the problem.

the space is big for family trip. The staff is good enough and fast respond when there is the problem.
