Owner of this house was late response to my questions when we were lost to find where was the south lift and Mr/Ms Majmi replied not even answering my questions haha , guard pulak bagi kami instructions lain, again tanya thru whatsapp and call pun tak reply. I suggest they make video from entrance (with car) until naik lobby level 3 tu. that would be so much better. idk, maybe owner terlalu byk unit sampai tak terlayan customer tanya. other than that, i happy with my stay.

Nothing just the elevator is a bit slow. Ramai org, so waiting time is longer during peak hour

I love the view which is very spectacular, the balcony is spacious my kids love hanging out here. However the room was a bit small for us. I travelled with my husb & 3 kids. So a bit too small for us. But its okay, since the price is considered cheap for 2 nights. Nothing much to complain.

I love that the location is very convenient. It is close to the beach and eateries. The room was very clean and comfortable. The instructions given were very clear and easy to understand. The highlight of the property is definitely the stunning view from the balcony!

Location: no beach. It's close to the sea, all rocks, no enough sand to build sandcastles, not suitable for children. The room: The toilet is wet, it should have just been cleaned, and it itches when you get into the quilt, the bed seems not clean. There are stains on the bed. The air conditioner is set to 16℃, but still can't feel the cold wind. Most of the TVs are Malay channels

Location: D Warf. There are McDonald's, Starbucks, seafood restaurant and other food nearby, as well as a shopping mall Parking: You can park in the open air or in the apartment. Securities are nice. The room:When you first enter, feels the same as the reviews, provided oven, small refrigerator, cutleries and so Sunset view: Canan only see the sunset glow, but you can't really see the entire round sun setting. Deposit: return after 24hour(check out)

I reserved and paid for an apt that was described as 78m2 but the inside was only about 22m2 (7m by 3.3m) and balcony about 6m2. No partial refund offered! The balcony sliding door roller broken making getting out exceptionally dificult. Need Internet on a smartphone to get into the apt since there is an unnecessarily complicated system of codes to get the key ( a card) . TV has only Malay channels. No wifi

There were a few fleas in the bed, which we killed fast. The toilet was a bit messy to use too, due to the size. Also haven't gotten my deposit back yet from the staff.

The view was great, it's exactly as shown in the pictures.

Broken sliding door lock. A bit worrying if you've small children with you.

Room with superb 360 sea view. You can enjoy a calm breakfast by the balcony in the morning too. Lot of eateries options nearby. The kitchenette is completed with plates & cutleries. Parking is available.

The view is not pretty as expected, it will be better if could be higher flat (personal preference). The balcony ways is blocked a bit by the bed.
