Location is good, but too crowd, always traffic jam. Room is a little bit old, bathroom is more worst, need to be renovate.

The location was walking distance to everything. 1 minute walk to hawker Street food and 10 minute walk to shopping and entertainment.

Best location with many street foods all within walking distance. Nice to walk around the surrounding area. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Clean room and with sound proof. Many parking spaces for those who drive.

1.Breakfast space was super compact and clumsy. This could have been planned better and managed well by the Hotel. It was an absolute disappointment. 2.Rooms seemed more compact than how they appeared in photos. It was difficult to even move around properly in washroom. They were also dimly lit and we had to rely on keeping curtains open for lighting. 3.Kettle’s cap was broken which we didn’t notice/realise and hot water got spilled on my wife’s hand. Expected better amenities in a hotel of this standard.

The location is slightly away from central georgetown, but a grab taxi takes you there in minutes for next to nothing. The breakfast is very Indian orientated, but that is no problem for me, and provably caters for their main clientele. although there were lovely omelettes made to order. I didn't use the pool so can't comment on it, but when I looked it wasn't massive

Really comfortable bed, good air con, big bright windows with good view at day time, and exceptional black out curtains if you want a lie in. pleasant staff, right next to street hawker food, and a short walk to a big supermarket.

Carpark access and exit is very challenging . If driving a bigger SUV its really tight. The paper entry and exit is also very inconvenience, time to upgrade to contact less card type.

Location is central for us. We could get to where we needed with convenient. Clean and decent place. Room is good and clean.

The cleanliness can still be improved, the carpet floor was not properly vacuumed and the upper portion of the wardrobe is very dusty.

we had trouble to scan our parking ticket at the exit everytime we want to go out, it is so frustrating bcoz the 1st time took about 15-20min for us to exit bcoz the ticket cant scan n the help button was not functioning, even the security guard was not even there to help

everything is so fine with me & hsbd, from checking in, stay, sleep, n etc. even the bfast is also nice 👍🏼👍🏼

The windows were sealed shut in my 12th floor room so I had no fresh air in my room. No facilities for smokers at all although when I booked it indicated there was. The swimming pool area was not monitored and it wasn't usually possible to relax and swim due to the amount of very noisy children & their parents who ignored noise pollution

The staff were welcoming, friendly & always professional. The location, in the centre of Georgetown was extremely busy because I arrived on the first day of Tet holidays. Some very interesting places to see within walking distance. Incredible view from my room.

The slip they provide for parking access always doesnt work. We stayed for about 4 days there. Each time it didnt work and we have to get help from security to open the barricade for us to exit the parking. But they were helpful to us in sorting it each time.

The location is great and accessible to local specials. The room was cosy and clean. Breakfast was good too. The staff were very much helpful and friendly.
