The washroom is flooded due to clogged, pipe broke, unable to flush toilet, and it take quite long time for coming to repair

My family room was fair. Changed to other room because of the bathroom door was not working well. The glass is frosted but quite clear. Suggest to make it non transparent because it’s a family room.

The property is upgrading their facilities. Especially the lobby and the cafe is absolutely amazing, modern & nice deco. The size for the family room was huge.

Water supply was very slow. It's not a sound proof room, we could hear the entire block. Lighting inside the room was also deem.

The hotel is still undergoing maintenance, so somehow there will be a noise knocking and drilling early in the morning. But it's okay, I understand it.

The staff was so friendly and so nice. I left my things there and only remember it when I'm at the airport, then they help me keep my things until my sister comes to collect. The room is also nice☺️

The hot shower in bathroom is too dangerous, need to repair ASAP. Luckily my wife able to avoid the hot water. Even we reduce the temperature, it's too hot. We can see the smoke and black debris come out from the shower head. I have to take a shower using the toilet bidet.

We are satisfied with the room size match with current price. Bedroom also feel good. Only the equipment such as the kettle and bathroom is not hygienic. I got a sore throat after drinking the water after boiling in that rusty kettle. We do understand their situation when the hotel just start operation in 20days. We check out late until 1p.m due to need to shower by using the bidet and great thing are they didn't charge on us. Customer service is doing great only need to add people to back up him at night shift.

The Grab drivers were confused where I was going, I had specifically booked it to be nearish TBS, for Grab it was still registered as Unicorn so when I showed my driver my booking he said it was the wrong place. It took me 3 hours and 2 Grabs to finally arrive there, it would be very helpful to have he right same details on the booking and on online maps especially as there are lots of hotels with Kingston in their name.

The staff were very welcoming when I eventually arrived The room was comfortable and provided the usual facilities
