Hidden hotel behind a residential service apartment. It is inside a residential neighbourhood. Room is spacious, clean and comfort. Breakfast is decent and taste ok. Plenty of carpark. Walking distance (30min) to Jonker Walk and Jln Ong Kim Wee for satay celup and biscuits.

It is a very new hotel besides a residential apartment. Huge parking space in front of the hotel. You need to drive or take grab to come here. New hotel so everything looks good and new. Comfortable bed with heavy pillows. Room is cleaned and nice.

hair dryer should put in side room and should use better brand. the khind hairdryer was not good enough to dry my wife hair. it did dry the hair, but slow and kind of hurting the hair. mixed with residences condo, making it quite confuse for grab to drive in

The location and the entrance to the property was not conducive. It is also part of a residence which makes the outlook unconventional. The view is not that pleasant and the surroundings does not give a hotel experience

Air con fan bit noisy, not able to put it on silence mode using the controller. Room bathing area water clog, slow drainage however tolerable.

Spacious & clean room & bathroom. Front desk are friendly. WiFi good. Ample parking. Location is good & quiet surroundings. Worth mentioning, security guards courteous.

We had a dinner there and the food was cold and tasteless. That didn’t feel fresh. The location was not good. The hotel is inside an apartment block. On our first entry the taxi dropped us at the apartment gate, which is 3-400 meters from the hotel. Walking that distance with our bags in the sun wasn’t fun. There are no eating places or convenience shops nearby .

Staff were cordial and helpful. We were given a room on the top floor with a good view of the sea. There is a lot of open space around the hotel.

Only slightly off main area, nothing terrible

Let’s put it like this: it is only a bit away from tourist centre (1 usd uber away/10 minutes), but the quality of this hotel equals the ones in city centre that charge you twice (+50 usd) Could rest perfectly, had a great breakfast WITH REAL EGGS, and everything was clean :) P

nothing but just felt a bit uncomfortable with a female staff who looked slightly Chinese during check out. as she wasn't very friendly and didn't smile at me during the process

this is my 2nd time stay here bcs I loveee the hotel so much. there is so much space in the room, water pressure also good, the aircond in good condition, plenty of parking here, smooth check in and check out and they provide 2pillows instead only 1 😍 but this is my 1st time take the room with breakfast and suprisingly the food was so good! everything was so tasty and I really enjoyed it. gonna repeat for next vacay hehe 🤭

Nice location in the city minus the hustle & bustle of the environment. Excellent customer services by the staff, especially the Front Office Manager, Ms Veni, that went the extra miles to resolve my booking issues. Comfortable room, ample parking and strict security. Highly recommended.
