Living area sparsely furnished...2 single beds were placed outside that double up as the "sofa". A deposit of RM150 is collected before check in and refunded after check out to ensure no damage to the property. Water dispenser was provided but barricaded...however, the person later confirmed that no issue to enter the barricaded area. WiFi wasn't working even after restarting the modem.

Location and view from the apartment. Spacious with 3 bedrooms, each room has 2 queen beds and can sleep 4 pax. Very ideal for a family. Easy check in process by collecting key from mailbox. Communication via WhatsApp and the person is responsive. Walkable to fast food joints, food court and restaurants and mall nearby.

Bit old design and not enough parking for 3 families. The entance guard is quite responsible but not too friendly.

This place was chosen because of the proximity to an event venue that we were going.

Perhaps the landlord could improve the following: 1. The faucet in the bathroom has a somewhat loose head. 2. To provide a washing machine and related equipment. 3. Some rooms have blankets that are too thin, as is the case with the sofa bed in the living room. Only the two main bedrooms are equipped with essentials (mattress covers, blankets, and pillows) similar to a hotel room, but the pillows provided are very thin, making sleep uncomfortable. 4. No gas is provided. If you want to cook, you can only use the provided multi-cooker. Therefore, it’s better to eat outside because the cooking utensils are very limited. 5. No kitchen towels are provided.

The location is very strategic. You can easily walk to the restaurant, salon, and even the supermarket right across from the apartment. And the 24hrs mart is just at the gf and have too many choice to choose.

I Stay on agent iRumah. A-10-1 Facilities, gym, pool. Home facilities is nice, but master bedroom which is have washroom and shower should have 1 queen or king bed only.. Overall good.

1. No view and floors were sandy. 2. Nothing proper to sit on in the living room 3. Air Cond leaking and toilet tap shaking 4. Deposit very high RM150 and takes a few days to refund. No deposit no info on the property 5. Kettle was rusty so we could not boil water.

The pillows need replacing. They are flat and no longer fluffy. For the building, the lifts seem slower than most buildings. It is not just a matter of human traffic getting into the lifts at peak times. Probably the programming of the elevator motor can be tweaked to make it go faster.

The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Furnishing was basic but adequate. Location is good but prone to traffic congestion. We did not cook but unit is furnished with electric stove, microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery. Which is helpful to make drinks, heat up snacks and cut fruits.

- Pillow too soft and flat. Needed more than 2 to sleep with. - Parking for large group should be 2 but it was just 1 and we had to pay rm30 overnight each day. - there’s no sofa in the hall. It’s a single bed and can’t even sit.

A little bit of a hassle to collect keys if arriving by car (the instructions may not be up to date as we were unable to pay to enter the temporary car parking area so had to park illegally for a brief time and walk in on foot as there was no close parking available). We encountered only a little bit of a wait with the elevators, but were conscious of not trying to catch it at peak times. Only minor note is this place has no laundry facilities despite its large size, so if you are planning a longer stay you will have to factor in a trip to the laundromat which we had to drive to (Google maps stated there was one walking distance at the local Shell petrol station but it no longer exists).

Nice clean and spacious apartment with good view. No issues with noise from neighbours and handy location to a range of amenities. Lovely big fridge and freezer in the kitchen and bathrooms are also spacious and modern. Airconditioning in all rooms and the living room was appreciated! Good communication and instructions to access apartment and carpark from the host. Enjoyable short stay for five of us - 3 adults 2 children. We didn't make use of the pool or gym but they looked good!

Parking lot is just for 1 car so another car had to park on the street or at the pay carpark. The lifts are small, so during peak hours it takes time

The apartment is clean and well maintained. It's good for a big family like mine. Everything is near so you don't have to cook
