Setiap skor reviu adalah antara 1-10. Untuk mendapatkan skor keseluruhan yang anda lihat, kami menjumlahkan semua skor reviu yang kami terima dan membahagikan jumlah itu dengan bilangan skor reviu yang kami terima. Kami menggunakan sistem reviu berpemberat yang bermaksud bahawa semakin terkini reviu, semakin besar kesan ke atas jumlah pengiraan skor reviu. Tambahan pula, tetamu boleh memberikan 'subskor' berasingan dalam perkara penting seperti lokasi, kebersihan, kakitangan, keselesaan, kemudahan, nilai untuk wang dan WiFi percuma. Harap maklum bahawa tetamu menghantar subskor mereka dan skor keseluruhan mereka secara berasingan, jadi tiada kaitan langsung antaranya.
Anda boleh meninggalkan reviu bagi Tempat Penginapan yang anda tempah melalui Platform kami jika anda telah menginap di sana ataupun telah tiba di tempat penginapan tetapi tidak menginap di sana. Untuk mengubah reviu yang anda sudah hantar, sila hubungi pasukan Khidmat Pelanggan kami.
Kami mempunyai kakitangan dan sistem berautomatik yang dikhususkan untuk mengesan reviu palsu yang dihantar ke Platform kami. Sekiranya kami menemui sebarang reviu palsu, kami membuangnya dan, jika perlu, mengambil tindakan terhadap sesiapa yang bertanggungjawab.
Sesiapa yang melihat perkara yang mencurigakan boleh sentiasa melaporkannya kepada pasukan Khidmat Pelanggan kami supaya Pasukan mencegah penipuan kami dapat membuat siasatan.
Sebaik-baiknya, kami akan memaparkan setiap reviu yang kami terima, sama ada positif atau negatif. Walau bagaimanapun, kami tidak akan memaparkan sebarang reviu yang mengandungi atau merujuk kepada (antara lain):
- Komen sensitif tentang politik
- Kandungan promosi
- Aktiviti haram
- Maklumat peribadi atau sensitif (cth. emel, nombor telefon atau maklumat kad kredit)
- Kata makian, rujukan seksual, ucapan kebencian, kata-kata diskriminasi, ugutan, atau rujukan kepada keganasan
- Spam dan kandungan palsu
- Kezaliman haiwan
- Penyamaran (cth. jika penulis mendakwa dirinya sebagai orang lain)

Untuk memastikan reviu adalah relevan, kami hanya boleh menerima reviu yang dihantar dalam tempoh 3 bulan selepas mendaftar keluar, dan kami boleh berhenti memaparkan reviu setelah reviu tersebut berusia 36 bulan - atau jika Tempat Penginapan mempunyai perubahan pada pemilikan.
Tempat Penginapan boleh memilih untuk membalas reviu.
Apabila anda melihat berbilang reviu, reviu yang terbaru akan berada di bahagian atas, tertakluk kepada beberapa faktor lain (bahasa reviu tersebut, sama ada ia hanya penilaian atau mengandungi komen juga, dsb.). Rakan penginapan Booking.com tidak dibenarkan untuk menulis bagi tetamu atau memberi insentif untuk dapatkan reviu yang baik. Percubaan untuk merendahkan skor pesaing menerusi reviu negatif tidak dibenarkan.

Staff parking not friendly, bilik tak bersih, aircond dah lama pls upgrade aircond tak tahu aircond bilik zaman bila, bilik Banyan mostly barang lama. Should be consider la renovate a few room yg barang2 lama. Pay for 234MYR but room sangat out. Tempat semua dah cantik tapi bilik taknak invest. Management pls do something on this.

So, coclusion, bawak kereta jelah Bnyk kali dah repeat tapi ni first time pergi dgn motor Bilik bersih. Kalau jiran bising, mmg boleh dgr sangat kuat. Bukan bilik sound proof ya. Haritu dpt jiran yg sgt bising berlari2 n mjerit smpai malam. Malang btul haritu. Hari kedua je kurang sikit bising nya tp masih bising.

Regarding the parking space, we have to admit that we have limited parking space here in our resort, and we are working on making it more comfortable for our guests to park. For the pool privacy, actually, we had 2 adult pools that our guests can use. The first one is the Moroccan pool that is located near the restaurant so it could be a bit busy in the busy. If you want more privacy, we have another pool with a sea view and more privacy called Lava Rock Pool. We're looking forward to welcoming you again in the future, Thank you, and See You!

Reviu yang sahKawasan resort besar, kolam renang ada 2 tempat pun besar jugak. Seronok mandi dengan family sbb tak privasi and tak ramai orang sangat. Untuk bilik mmg best, bilik mandi ada 2 tak perlu berebut. Tapi satu lagi tu bilik air mmg open air takda bumbung. Ruang tamu yang besar, tempat lepak dekat luar pun luas. Untuk tv ada netflix semua.
Extra bed kena caj rm100, tak berbaloi for me and mahal sebab? (Hanya dapat bed, selimut nipis, tuala, bantal) dan bentang dekat lantai. Bilik air bertakung, tak berapa nak bersih. And tak berapa suka the staff, tak mesra. Macam reception my dad just ask this resort takda makan for free ke macam breakfast ke. Then she suggest the biru biru cafe. Ok then my dad ask again oh tak free ya? The reception terus reply "ohh tak free cuma dpt 20% setiap kali pergi makan sana. Kiteorang yang staff pun takdapat free.." what the??? Terus my dad blah. Staff pun nampak kita gendong anak, dia tengok aja tak tolong utk buka pintu gerbang yg besar tu. Dia biar i bukak sendiri then dia jalan. Sorry totally staff semua tak mesra

We're surprised to hear about your comment regarding the staff not being friendly, as our records indicate the check-in process went smoothly and regarding the 20% discount is entitled for all the hotel guests which we explained to you in a nice way, I don't think so that your dad is offended for this. Hence the door which you mentioned needs to open by the guests is not locked and its pushable door which is far away from the reception, however, you should call reception if you can't open by yourself. However, we apologize if we fell short in any way and caused you any inconvenience. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
