MalaysiaAt the time of my check in, on the way to building parking area, there were many supplies lorries and they caused congestion. The fabric for the sofa and chairs are not properly clean, there are stains mark. Shower in the bathtub that needs curtains so that water didn’t splash out to bathroom floor.
Easy check in process, check in staff was very attentive. Location near to variety of restaurants, particularly connected to 163 Mall. The bedroom is quite spacious for two person and kitchenette has all the basic electrical appliances and tableware for simple meals cooking.

it was on the 39th floor and was given the best view on the City from our balcony and our master bedroom whether it was in the morning or night. B39.03. it has all the equipment and facilities that is needed such as kitchen, washing machine, ironing board. the suite was accessible to the mall - grocery, massage, varieties choices of foods and etc. Furthermore, we are given a parking lot for our rented car too.. lastly, the 1 studio apartment is spacious - for the Bathroom, masterroom and living room. it has nice lighting to brighten the living room. Excellent!

Located just next to 163 retail park (even connected to the mall so that you don't have to go outdoor) as well as other buildings. The studio is nicely decorated with modern and chic design and it comes with a sofa bed in the living room. The big screen TV comes with Netflix as well. The room is very spacious despite it's just a studio. And here is bathtub too. Cooking is also allowed and I guess it would be very convenient as there are basic amenities. In short, a very good staying experience in this place :)

SingaporeFrankly, there was no downside to the place.
This is a very comfortable accommodation. Very modern and elegant. Decent food options nearby. I stayed for 4 weeks and my stay was very comfortable. The staff went out of the way to help through the check process ( i came very early), with my work ( printing stuff), and also organizing for cleaning the place at regular intervals. I had asked for some extra towels regular stuff and my needs were met.

Malaysia- We weren't able to use the kitchen, as there was no cookware and utensils provided in the unit. I was hoping to cook for my daughter and I as the restaurants in the area can be pricey. There's also a supermarket in the connected mall which would have made it easy for guests to buy ingredients to cook at home. (I hope the owners are able to provide cookware etc for the guests soon) They do provide plates, bowls and mugs, but no cutlery, we had to purchase plastic ones :'( - Upon arrival, we couldn't access the parking lot as you need an access card to enter. I asked the guard, and I got lucky as he saw me with a little one and allowed me to park in a spot at the main lobby for a few minutes so that I could check in and receive my access card and keys. If you're arriving by car, I imagine it's quite a hassle as the parking and check in process is unknown to first timers. - Another thing to note is that there is no floor guide/signages. We had to walk around and explore to figure out which floors the main lobby and pool etc were located.
I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter. We loved the room, as it was spacious and comfy. The balcony and bathtub were a bonus :) The WiFi speed was decent, the Smart TV's awesome too, as we could enjoy Netflix on two TV's! The building is connected to 163 Retail where you can eat and shop. So convenient! The floor we got was very quiet, it felt like we were the only guests on that floor. The BED was super comfy, we slept like babies. The facilities enjoyable, there's also a jacuzzi/hot tub near the pool, we utilized it well as the pool water was freezing when we went swimming. I will definitely return to The Ooak Suites again for my next staycation :)
