I felt like the hotel was too big with respect to the amount of people present, a weird creepy feeling. Airco in the looby was just insane (16°C!!!)

Breakfast was really good and the position is also good, not super central, but you can easily reach the center. The pool and the gym were a good service and well maintained.

The access to parking quite confusing a-bit as it can link from mall Swiss garden n the shore guest will share same parking lot n swimming pool so you can imagine on weekend Breakfast can be improved as its quite simple The lift is the lowest marks here bcs you have to prepare so much time on waiting however i can see initiative from the shore as during peak time the lift is arranged by security guard so its kinda relieved The tv access to channel is quite troublesome as we cannot use it at first,try to toggle so many ways and finally found ways to use and it has so many available channel actually. You the management maybe can provide step to access the tv to each room for convenience to the guest

The tv channel always no view, and just the basic tv channel.

The view is nice from 33 floor. Swimming pool nice. Breakfast simple but superb. Overall all is good.

1. Hard to find the correct tower to the hotel because got two hotel together 2. Room picture wasn't same as shown, then glass between the bathroom and bed there was fill up will a wall. Wasting money for booking this big room for the nice glass bathtub and room.

Reststurant staff are not arlet on weekends.

We requested a quiter room and were given a room at the end of the corridor 😎. House keeping is not done daily - you have to request. Lifts are very slow at weekends but almost empty weekdays. The hotel is a resort with 3 big swimming pool plus a big childrens pool with water slides and games.( that makes weekeds full). Breakfast get full over weekends and the staff gets overwhelmed and delay in replanishing food. Weekdays are the best for relaxing and sightseeing.

the price is very affordable, swimming pool as usual...for breakfast also nice and a lot of variety. the minute i check in something wrong with the television. but the staff take quick action tp change us to another room. the room also very big and comfortable

Need to improve on TV signals and lifts always on special service. Waiting too long . This will effect The Shore ratings...

Pillows and sofa too soft - uncomfortable. Concrete wheel stopper at car park 3B should be painted with yellow paint to avoid people tripping over it.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Spacious apartment and clean. Location is good.

The TV in the room had no signal. Turned out it was an issue with the main box that maintenance could not fix. But they did fox the air con when it stopped working. Room could b3 cleaner. The pool - the tiles around the pool pathway are extremely slippery when wet. I almost fell twice. Also, no rail bars to help you get into the pool. Generally the lifts at The Shore residences are slow. So expect to wait. Not too bad during off peak hours. ThenShore jetty is no longer open - this should be updated on website.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a nice. Size and the air conditioning worked well. The balcony was fairly clean. Food at breakfast buffet was all right. The connection to the gallery offers better food choices.

Some location such as underneath the bath tub was dirty, need to improve the housekeeping.

The hotel location was just perfect, right in the middle of the city. Room facilities was good. All was perfect and convenient. Breakfast was nice. Ample food with many options available.

Glass bathroom not suitable for family with children coz theres no bath curtain to block views. Swimming pool got many birds dropping, management pls do something about it. The parking quit high for guest.

The things that I don’t like about the property is the facilities. The lift takes too many times and that really disturbing all the guest’s including me. Apart from that, my room condition is way too different than what it is. It is comfy but not too comfy

The main thing that I like about the property is, the bed absolutely comfortable. Also, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
