You must remember to proactively ask staff to clean the room or put the sign up. When you ask, the staff will do it. But if you don't put the sign or ask, they will not give you daily bottles of water, top up the toiletries or give new towels.These elements of service which are industry standard practice are not to be assumed here.

Good location. The junior suite we stayed in had a jacuzzi which we used to relax in the evening.

Location is great and convenience to walk to explore the Junker Night Market, Dutch Square and Melaka River. Building Exterior and Lobby Interior are great. Staffs are helpful.

Most rooms come with a bath tub. To use the shower, one has to climb in and out of the bathtub, using a low foot stool which gets wet and slippery, posing a safety risk for Senior citizens like us. Additionally, on two occasions our room was not cleaned in time despite us telling the front desk staff that we’d be back by noon.

The rooms level lobby can do with a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom sinks have some sort of leveling issue so the water drips down to the floor. Thankfully it's not in the main walking area of the bathroom so the floor wasn't wet all the time but maybe something can be done to fix it.

The hotel is situated just 5 mins from the main square and attractions, so that's a big plus. It's clean and nice at a reasonable price point. Service is very good and the staff is polite and helpful.

Sadly breakfast was served late just around 8.00 am - when I was about to leave for a meeting, that too after I had approached the front desk at 7.45. Spread is limited too.

Modern and comfortable with a touch of heritage. The room was a great size and the fridge worked well (as did the aircon). Bathroom had a spacious shower separate from the sink & toilet. Receptionist was really helpful. Located walking distance from sights.

The only thing was the jacuzzi definitely needed a little more cleaning but other than that, everything was top notch.

We really loved how big the bed was in the room and the jacuzzi was definitely the best thing that the room had. It was pleasant and very close to jonker street which was walkable. I would definitely book it again the next time we’re in Malacca.

Toilet door and balcony door we could not lock...but it was ok as still felt secure. No safe. No room service.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Excellent location—just a 7-minute walk to Jonker Street and close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot
