Not enough shower foam for a family of three as we shower twice a day. It would be good if can provide more. Can consider coin washer/ dryer for the guests.

The place is very clean and quiet as it is situated in a neighbourhood area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A bit outside of the city

Really nice Hotel. Very charming. The staff is friendly and nice. Gated parking. The room has everything needed for a short stay. Looks newly renovated. A lot of interesting things to find in the lobby.

The shower area could have had a wall shelf for guests to put their own toiletries.

I love the decors and ambience very much. It's obviously different from the usual hotels in high-rise concrete buildings.

It’s April now - when I look into December availability - it is all fully Booked !!!! This tells you how popular this property is. My kids love it. The cleanest hotel I have seen in my entire travelling life. People are very friendly. The kitchen cum family room at the back is my family favourite. My kids want to come back again

The road leading to the property is quite narrow, and there’s no clear sign to tell us to turn in from the main road, we missed it the first time we arrived lol. Pillows a bit too soft for my liking, but this is just a minor thing.

- Clean and comfortable room, very nice decoration in the common area, the whole place felt really cosy and welcoming. - Only a couple of rooms in the property, so it’s very quiet. - Free private parking available within the gated & guarded property. - They have water dispensers in the common area (hot & cold water available), which is a nice plus point for my family.

Very nice and quiet place to stay for a few days. Driving to many great places to eat was within 10 mins.

Two main points we didn't like: the bed was awful, we really didn't find it comfortable (but it's a matter of taste). You'll hear the noise of AC units from other rooms and the houses around andsound insulation between rooms is inexistent

Nice staff, very beautiful house and super well decorated. When we checked in, we asked if we could change room and the person at the counter immediately gave us another option.

Really lovely place. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating staff. 20 minutes walk to town or a cheap grab ride. Would happily stay again.

We were lucky to enjoy the seasonal Christmas decor, which was meticulously done up. The staff were very attentive. Very beautiful furniture which were thoughtfully positioned.

The staffs were exceptionally nice and went beyond their job scope to make us feel welcomed and comfortable...from the moment we arrived, a lovely lady helped to carry one of our luggages up the stairs...when we were checking out, another lovely lady switched on all the lights for us to take photographs and she even clicked so many lovely pictures for my family...she even played so patiently with my daughter for so long at the reception area while we were waiting for our grab...apart from the commendable staffs, the place was needless to say decorated with extremely beautiful vintage touches...we truly enjoyed our stay at tudor and will be back here again if we are in Ipoh!

It would be better if there is a little cafe for a cuppa before or after check-out; even a self-service one would be a plus point.

The facilities are well taken care of, and check-in staff are friendly and accommodating, even though it can be stressful without a parking spot inside. The place is small and cozy, feels like home away from home.

Mosquitoes. Consider to put up windows netting to promote room ventilation and bathroom ventilation.

Cosy rooms and cleanliness. Bathroom is very clean and floor. Christmas decorations make the house very welcoming.

Noisy plumbing, noise from on-going renovations, the bed that was fitted into a niche in the room and did not leave enough room to get in and out of bed at the sides, forcing you to somehow wriggle to the end of the bed to get out.

The staff were extremely helpful and considerate.

There’s very little not to like. Ohh…best if you drive. It’s not so convenient to move about around this hotel as it is alittle off grid.
