Got a room at the back with good view but too many starlings roosting at sunset outside the window- however the birds were quiet after that.

When I was asked for a 50.MYR cash deposit on check in, I was expecting a mini bar or some such. Instead the room contains a price list for everything you can steal, including the TV. I realise guests shouldn't steal, and they may have had issues, but this is a bit crazy. Bed was firm. The shower wasn't quite as hot as it could have been.

Friendly greeting. Efficient check in and good English spoken. Handy to local restaurants. It did actually have a view as the badge suggests. Super clean

I recently stayed at The View Hotel in Segamat and would rate it as an average but convenient place for a short stay. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its strategic location—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of fast food outlets and other amenities, making it very accessible for travelers who prefer convenience. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the room I stayed in had no window, which made it feel a bit enclosed and lacking in natural light. The TV channels were quite limited and uninteresting, which might not be ideal for guests who like to unwind with some entertainment. Additionally, while the room itself was generally okay, the bathroom could have been cleaner. A bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way.

The staff was not friendly and made us wait in the lobby until exactly 2pm to check in even though the room was ready. They were nice enough to let us leave our luggage in their office until then.

Tv...not....smart tv. Hehehe because I prefer opening surah on tv while sleeping.

Everything....the downside is tv is lcd so cannot open youtube but hey the room was nice and clean and premium....got elevator. I like..parking also damn good

I dislike the shower whereby one has to adjust the temperature of the water every now & then or else it could be scalding hot or extremely cold. I prefer with the adjustable temperature control like those used at home.

I like the amenities in the room which to me is complete for my needs tho the room is a bit cramped.

joki at car park, always disturbing me. that old women..everytime i park car in area hotel (provided) she always ask me again n again, im already told her, im a guest of this hotel..but she didnt believe. very disturbing. so i have show hotel card to her everytime i go to basement..really annoyed

Totally understand about the green concept. But totally caught off guard that the room don't come with drinking bottles and shower caps.
