Really love the comfort provided in the unit. The place was super clean and tidy. Self-check in process was easy because the proprietor explained it the day before my arrival. It was like a fully-furnished apartment, complete with washing machine (that was so convenient). There was a RM150 deposit asked by the proprietor before I can enter the house but don't worry it was returnable, right after the checkout. My family and I enjoyed our three days stay here!

verything was great except for the internet. The phone signal was naturally weak, and the WiFi couldn’t maintain a stable speed—its strength kept dropping. I couldn't download video material, and at times, during video meetings, everyone had to turn off their cameras just to be able to talk.

Malaysia1) the agent required RM100 deposit before they provide check in procedures, access codes parking lot# which was never stated even after they confirmed my booking 2) this is the first time while using booking.com that the agent require to fill-in details of name, IC, address and phone no. and no of guests. 3)even after stating clearly both during booking and again in the registration that we have 4 people, only 2 towels were provided. 4) there was a house rule stating that cleaning charge of RM50-100 will be added if the place is not clean or any furniture is moved out of position, even when we were already charged for cleaning cost during booking.com process
