Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaThe most bad/ugly/useless hotel that i went in my lifetime. There are a lot of cockroaches roaming around the bed and floor inside the room. The toilet is like they didn't clean for 10 years. The main purpose of the hotel is to be used for prostitution. We can see the prostitute coming inside and out of the hotel. I don't know how booking.com lets them advertise on their webpage (DONT ADVERTISE ONLY TO GAIN PROFIT, GIVE CUSTOMER A GOOD STAY AND REMOVE BAD HOTEL LIKE THIS). Don't ever go to that hotel although it's cheap. After i went there and saw the room, i booked another room at another hotel. They didn't refund me. PLEASE DONT GO!!!!! SURE WILL REGRET

New ZealandNo hygiene. Very dirty hotel. Cockroaches in the room. Staff is not helpful. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, hard to carry luggage. The hotel claims a deposit of 50 ringgit refundable on checkout in case something breaks. In fact, most of the things are already broken or missing. I recorded before using the room. I was not given the room I booked.I was given a family room . Later, I have to look for cockroach spray.
