The noise generated by the team building activities shattered the peace and relaxation even in the rooms. Microphone, cheering etc combined with the loud music at the pool was hard to ignore. The shop was not open until mid morning or later so there was nowhere to buy drinks and snacks until it opened. The hot water was not very hot in the bathroom and took a long time to even run slightly warm. The floor and windows in the room needed a good clean and the fabric upholstered chair was filthy.

The pool and outdoor spaces were well cared for and large enough for everyone to use. The staff were very friendly and willing to act on requests quickly.

I hope the hotel management can improve the room by placing a carpet in the room area to prevent it from getting wet and slippery. Also, please provide a bathroom/door mat.

I am very satisfied with the surroundings of the hotel as well as the room, it is very clean and comfortable. God willing, I will come here again 😊

The hotel really needs renovating.

I booked an ordinary room for 2 nights. We arrived early but they found us a free room. We didn't like the room and asked to change. They put us in a suite and I offered to pay a supplement but they refused. They also let us check out at 4pm without an extra charge. I've never been in a hotel with nicer staff!

The bathroom is big, however there's no shower curtain. The door to the room also didn't close properly

I love that the hotel have direct access to the beach. The beach is exceptionally clean. The pool was also design specially for kids.

The room was very old fashioned for thee price we paid. When we check in the corner and behind the TV we saw a thick layer of dust. For 4 to 5 star resort this kind of thing shouldn't be happening.

Thistle security at night were not ready to assist me in dropping off my wheelchair bound OKU son. There was a car blocking the dropoff area which did not move and nobody to coordinate accordingly. The specially requested parking spot was also blocked off intially. As the security manager approached, his awareness that there was a child in a wheelchair by the curb was non existent. The worst part is that he proceeded to argue with me about something that is basic courtsey of a hotel reception and the lack of security coordination was non existent.

We had a family gathering for 70+ pax and the Thistle Banquet team had everything well prepared and provided us with an excellent dinner. The pool facilities are great and caters for various types of activities. Ramily room was spacious and nice but lacked a shower curtain.

bathroom tap heads spoilt, came off after a few twisting. no hot water. one paur of slippers fir 2 persons. safe was locked, cannot use. coffee house food salty, tasteless and not too fresh. only 5 tables of guests but our 3 orders took half an hour to arrive, item by item, would not eat there again. hotel geberally clean and tidy.

room brightly lighted. many pillows but hard too high pillows, shld provide soft pillows too. beach front. swimming polls very big and inviting. staff friendly and attentive except coffee house cashier, at night.

Old, needs refurbishment, had a suite room, filled with some left over 'furniture' from lounge I guess, shower very dirty, room service slooow and not 24hrs as advertised, daily cleanup left breakfast plates and cups behind. Ambiance is dead, no live music, pool bar and beach bar closed, lots of Burka's and beards. A shame, could be a nice hotel if it was properly managed.

Perhaps the hotel management could consider upgrading the toilets, but aside from that, everything else was excellent

The warm and welcoming attitude of the front desk staff truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. It made all the difference, especially since the main purpose of our staycation was to escape the hectic pace of city life and recharge. A big thumbs up for the breakfast spread—it was delicious and had a great variety. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the views were absolutely stunning. Overall, a wonderful experience!
