Location close to town and airport. Bed was firm and comfortable. Staff at breakfast venue very polite.

We were on the second floor & had to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as there was no lift to our room. The shower was cold. No hot water. There were no cushions on the lounges in the pool area, nor were there any umbrellas around the pool for shade

Urmm.. not so well maintained. The switch panel for fan in my room not working, and also the sliding door for both living room and main bedroom got stucked and not 'sliding' anymore.

Slightly aging décor in the rooms, could do with a freshen up. As with the bathrooms, although all adequate. Hotel is just that little too far to walk into town, but cabs are cheap.

Rooms large and comfortable (a little tired). Great pool, beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants & good variety of food. Friendly staff.

The property was very clean our suite was huge. Although in need of some updating it was excellent and the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. The pool was very quiet and very clean. The choice of food was great plenty for everyone’s taste.

Nothing to dislike but noted that the resort is under the flight path to the airport but the noise levels from a landing aircraft is negligible and the airport is not a busy airport.

the size of the two bedroom suite was as big as a standard three room condo. The rate was affordable with breakfast included. The beds were comfortable and generous bathroom amenities were provided. Very satisfying stay. Excellent.

The gym had no air conditioning but had all the equipment needed. Would be nice if the gym was open earlier.

The staff were very helpful, received excellent service in the bar and restaurant, offered multiple transfers to and from the town including airport transfers. Requested a late check out and they were able to facilitate and always were willing to help. The food was good value and tasty. Room was excellent size and the bed was very comfy, has an old feel but that adds to the charm.

The hotel has an in house bar right by the pool which we didn’t know about. The bass from the music was so loud it shook the walls of our room until 1am. We tried to call the hotel to ask if they could turn it down but realized our in room phone was broken. My partner went to the front desk to ask, they said they would call the bar. Once back in the room there was no change, if anything the karaoke singing for louder. Really frustrating as we had a tour in the morning and needed to be up early. The bar we learned is also open to the public which didn’t feel very safe. There is no tap system with keys on the elevator so anyone could hypothetically go up to the rooms. Despite the noise and safety concern we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and view from the room was beautiful.

Loved the hotel’s location, close to restaurants and the beach! The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Views from the room were incredible, we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening.

The air force has manoeuvres sometimes so it can get pretty noisy but not the hotels fault of course. My only qualm is I think they should supply water dispensers so we have a choice not to use plastic bottles.

The hotel complex is a little dated but for me that adds to the charm. The suite room on the 4th floor is spacious and has a sea view. The gardens are well maintained with ponds and a decent sized swimming pool. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The resto has a variety of western and Asian dishes at a very reasonable price. The 2 onsite bars are well stocked and also quite cheap. I have stayed here twice now and will stay again next time. Overall a great place to relax and not break the bank. I regularly stay in hotels and for the budget this is up there as one of my favourites. Thanks to all the staff.
