Small room but had everything you needed. No bedside lights.

The location is fantastic, so easy to head back to the a/c to cool off. Very quiet considering it is in the middle of everything.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were uniquely decorated, modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus and conveniently located next to the lobby.

Best location especially when we have elderly in our group. It's literally in the middle of Jonker Street therefore convenient to just go back to hotel for rest after shopping or walking along Jonker Street.

One of our rooms was not so clean. Air con of the other one was not good but they changed the room for us during the night. Rooms were quite small. The hotel is near the night walking street, so rooms in front of the hotel were noisy as sound from outside.

Location is the best. 5-10 min walk to all tourist attractions. Staff was friendly. They offer the free breakfast.

Parking hard to find when night time but is near to hotel.RM6 per entry of carpark. Lift spoil on that day . Staff offer to bring luggage if you have any. Window spoil cannot opened.

Our group of 8 rooms enjoyed our stay very much. Each room is nicely decorated with theme. Very unique setting which makes us enjoyed each setup. Hotel facilitoes and room are exceptionally clean. Thoughtful items in room for use of guest is very much appreciated such as, toothbrushes, shower cap, face cloth, haor dryer, bedroom slipper and clean fluffy towels. Very responsive staff, Sunil and Vixtoria and another which O cant recall her name, kudos for taking up the initiatives to help and address our concerns pre and during our stay. Will recommend and be back for it superb location. Hotel could have offered more variety for breakfast. Coffee to be better than just 3in1 Nescafe please.

I didn’t like the bed as it was light weight , kept on moving on the floor when I sat on it . This place is perfect to stay and visit Jonker street.

I liked that it was perfectly located in the heart of Jonker street. There is a public parking just 5 mins walk down the road . Staff were super helpful. Room was small but clean with all amenities. They even served a nice waffle breakfast . Loved the lift , Super cool experience

Aircon so cold, doesn't seems to be able to adjust. I turned it off in the middle of the night.

AC thermostat set in a way the temperature will go 26C whether you like it or not so be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night to reset the temp and another round after that.

Maybe just the ventilation of the room, but most of the hotel even 4-5 stars hotel they have this ventilation problem where the rooms always have the moldy smell…but still acceptable. But the bedsheets are very clean, and the aircon is very cool!!

Every room has a different theme/culture and I really love it. My room was like the 80-90s Malaysia Nyonya/Chinese style even the floor tiles they used to match with the theme is pretty and I love it! The size of the room was just nice for couple or 2 adults, but it was very clean and bright. The most important is the location was very near to Jonker Street like a 5mins walk so yeah you can get various supper if you are staying weekend (Jonker Night Market only open Fri- Sun)
