MalaysiaThe hotel is not in satisfactory condition at all. The smell of cigarettes is very strong on the floor of the room. There should not be a smoking area on the room floor. The blankets and sheets are very naive. Kettle is not provided. To ironing the clothes, you have to go down and it's very inconvinient. Extra pillows have to be paid of RM 3 & the condition of the pillow is very bad & smelly. Even in the room, the situation is very noisy with the sound of vehicles from outside. This is the first and last time to stay here. As it should be, this hotel is not in the online accommodation list. Pity the other users. To the hotel owner, PLEASE take each of our comments for improvement. I feel sorry for customers who need a comfortable place to sleep/rest after being tired driving all the way in a jammed and working like me.
