The house keeper is not so friendly. Once, during my checkout, He was doing house keeping at others room and he put the trolley in the middle of the alleyway where’s only one person can walking through at one time. I cant walk through with my luggage and bag. After calling several times and said ‘excuse me’, that guy showing completely unsatisfied face. Maybe he should learn and showing some good attitude and manner toward customer

The lift unable to cary up me n my wife. We were both totalled at about 250kg, I am an over weight person weighing around 150kg n my wife around 100kg.thr lift limit showed 500kg but wen we tried going up it showed overweight n we had to get up on the lift one by one.

The place was so quiet... scary... nothing much there The hotel was not satisfying at all.

Pictures look nice, but believe that is 20 years ago one :) Very old building with lousy facilities. scary environment and there's no hot water at night, but at least it works in the morning. The blanket looks really old, almost with a hole, but I think it’s clean?

Got Lift, many parking, air-cond is functioning, the staff is very friendly and polite. Good Customer Service.

Waste of money.Room conditions and facilities are suck.There is water cooler but it's not function.Water heater need to to wait for 15 to 20 minutes to heat.Finally it's a noisy area.

The hotel is not in satisfactory condition at all. The smell of cigarettes is very strong on the floor of the room. There should not be a smoking area on the room floor. The blankets and sheets are very naive. Kettle is not provided. To ironing the clothes, you have to go down and it's very inconvinient. Extra pillows have to be paid of RM 3 & the condition of the pillow is very bad & smelly. Even in the room, the situation is very noisy with the sound of vehicles from outside. This is the first and last time to stay here. As it should be, this hotel is not in the online accommodation list. Pity the other users. To the hotel owner, PLEASE take each of our comments for improvement. I feel sorry for customers who need a comfortable place to sleep/rest after being tired driving all the way in a jammed and working like me.
