A few small suggestions: some dishwashing liquid or cleaning supplies would be helpful, clips for the balcony to hang clothes, and maybe a better system for the multi-level parking as too many reserved . It might be better to designate entire floors for reserved parking and leave others exclusively for visitors.

The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos, with an awesome view. It has a relaxing vibe, perfect even for yoga or just chilling indoors. The Coway water filter was a big plus, especially for families. The swimming pool and walking area are great for both toddlers and elderly parents. This was my second time staying here, and this time I brought my parents. The 3-bedroom unit with a view was truly amazing and made our trip very comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Ipoh!

Air con for the master bedroom was not working properly. Although we checked the aircond in other rooms but failed to check this, was late at night when we found out and too late to do anything. Please check all facilities including toilets etc immediately upon check in

Only 12 sunbeds for the hotel it’s insufficient. The horizon view rooms beds are too large for the room we could not walk around the bed. We had to relocate to lake view which was fantastic and rooms are larger.

It’s slightly far away from center so you have to grab a taxi/grab if you want to do something. But a grab is not expensive so hardly any issue

Swimming pool overcrowded and not enough chairs to sit around the swimming pool area. Suite floor was a bit dusty and had a musty smell. Maybe can put scented sticks. On another note, as an animal lover I saw a pony alone in its stable, the stable is a bit too small for the pony. Hope someone can make the stable a bit bigger. Poor pony looked very alone. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay here. All the staffs were amazing.

The view was amazing! The suite was very big amd comfortable. The mattress and pillows were so comfy, we all slept like a baby. Good location. Nice walking pathway, feels so close to nature. Welcome drink was unique. Breakfast not much variation but it was ok. Thank you for the complimentary birthday cake and room deco. It was lovely. Reception staffs especially the lovely Indian trainee girl, she was really good in explaining about the resort. Very polite and nice.
