The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Each of the three bedrooms had a comfortable large bed, and the two bathrooms were convenient for our group. The sea view was a nice bonus, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. Great for a short trip with family or friends.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this suite in Penang—definitely a 10/10 experience! The home itself was spotless—seriously, it was so clean and well-maintained that it felt brand new! We love the cleanliness. The view is superb. All the amenities provided, perfectly. Got netflix youtube also. Instructions for check in was smooth. The best part is the swimming pool. The only thing I could think of is I wish there were charger points in the rooms. I couldn't find any. So, I charged in the living area.

The house was super clean and well equipped with all necessities. From the utensils to the kitchen appliances and room assortment items, the house was impeccable in organisation and design for comfort. Besides, the amenities at level 11 is worth enjoying. My kid enjoyed the kid pool and the rock climbing area very much.

It would have been good to have standing fans as the constant use of air conditioning is a bit much. I would also have appreciated if the water heater would have a higher setting. The current setting is a tad hotter than normal tap water.

The lift is terrible, waiting for very long time during peak hour( at least 15 minutes)

The entire apartment was so comfortable and convenient for stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy all the amenities in the apartment, including their infinity pool, gym and indoor game room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this stay place became our new favourite.
