Easy access

Really loved the unit - spacious, clean, comfortable, safe, well located (walking distance to Jelutong Night Market and 10 mins from Georgetown centre). Check-in/out process was convenient and seamless, host was very responsive over text / call (we accidentally locked ourselves inside the unit late at night and they sorted it with reception). Unit was very comfortable, clean and well furnished - sleeps 5 comfortably (in beds) and has extra mattress / sofa bed. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back here on our next trip to Penang.

Nothing in particular. Would recommend host include shower enclosures in the bathroom to avoid slipping hazards and fix the washing machine plug.

Airy and clean

Lighting….too bright.

The property did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort expectations. The unit was dusty, and the air-conditioning was not sufficiently cooling the space. Upon check-in, we noticed a urine stain on the toilet seat, which had not been cleaned. This was reported to the owner, who acknowledged the issue and promised to follow up, but no further action was taken. Additionally, the sleeping arrangements were poor. The bed mattress was badly sunken, and both the sofa bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable — the metal base could be felt through the cushions, making it difficult to rest properly throughout the stay.

The location of the apartment, which is in Jelutong is convenient for us. Easy to check in and check out, with detailed instructions. This is my second time staying at Urban Suites (different apartment). Just avoid the busy hour (just before 11 am) when checking out. Easy to communicate with the agent.

The pillows are hard. Should consider giving us softer pillows, to avoid neck pain in the morning 😀 Kitchen sink was blocked. Cleaner should check and clear the blockage before we came in. Only 4 desert plates available, not very helpful. With black tiles on the floor and walls, can't see but can feel the bathroom is not cleaned thoroughly.

Overall is good and feel warm, relax with the toys and the build up

Lift very slow coz only have 4 lifts .

the view was reallyyyy good, the place was really clean and comforta too! and the owner is easy to deal with, and is a fast replier.

i hope there’s at least 1 mirror added in one of the bedroom. i had to go into the bathroom just to look at the mirror
