I booked this hotel for my friend for 29/07 to 05/08. This hotel showing online 3 start but them actual environment at hotel less than 0 for star ranking! Staff behaviour also very much unhelpful. For them service and behaviour my friend booked for 7 dats but after 2 days we checked out but they shown in booking record full 7 days stayed!!

We walked in and were greeted by a welcoming committee of cockroaches, sheets with a questionable history (hello, blood stains), and a bathroom that looked like it was in a long-term feud with cleaning supplies. But the real kicker? The noise. It was as if 10 people had rented our room for a podcast recording session. If you value sleep or silence, this might not be your vibe. The price was cheap, and thankfully we only stayed one night. For longer stays, I’d recommend investing in something less… eventful.
We booked this place because the location seemed less terrifying for someone like me who breaks into a sweat driving in Kuala Lumpur city centre. Bonus points to the staff for being kind enough to let us bring in our cat for a couple of hours, even though it’s technically a no-pet zone. After a long journey, she got to chill for a bit before meeting her new family in KL, so big thanks for that!

Malaysiapoor facilities provided. There is a light in shower but too dim and dark. The room totally narrow even for one person. I don't have a comfortable place to perform prayer as a muslim since its too narrow. The iron provided likely have fallen since the front tip has broken. The iron ruined my cloth because the thread was pulled by the iron's front tip. Please improve especially for the shower room.
