The room was a bit small and lacked a table, so we had to place food on the floor, which was inconvenient. One issue we encountered at night was the presence of small rice bugs — they were quite a lot, even on the bed. Thankfully, they didn’t bite, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

The stay was generally pleasant. The location is great, with many nearby attractions perfect for sightseeing and photo ops. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities.

Upon checking in there was a power supply shortage black out, according to the staffs it was involving the whole sekinchan. But the staffs were working on the generator so kudos to them. Then I told them I have selected the bed option as 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds on booking.com but the receptionist told us we had to call personally to the villa instead or else we won’t be able to get it. I find that is unacceptable because I ve booked properties around the world on booking.com and never had this issue. If you can’t accommodate the request on booking.com, just disable that function of giving guests option. Secondly, the receptionist told me that our room will be the topmost floor, if we need help, need to tell the receptionist, that time I was carrying my 1 year old child with my elderly parents with luggage’s, obviously we need help right, it would be kind and proactive to immediately offer help to bring up. Thirdly, there’s no explanation on WiFi passwords and also we do not hv direct contact to the reception counter so we find very difficult to find help. Mind you, there is a distance to walk to the reception counter from our room. No kettle in the room. So please bring one if you need it. Water pressure is low but heater is working fine. Breakfast is fairly good but indoor seating can be quite humid. Upon checking out we were told to give a 5 star review to get a free ice cream so while m doing it, one of the receptionist was being very impatient and kept on asking me if I ve done. I was trying to sign in and loading the review as the line reception was so poor at that area. Not very nice for me at that time. And my father had a big cut on the hand because the room door edge was so sharp and heavy, so need to be very careful. Also, there are stains on the bedsheet and blanket, lizard feces on the room floor. Probably not coming back here next time sorry to say

Noise level from construction on 3rd floor can be heard after 6 pm . Pity that our rooms have no view of the paddy field .

The wifi doesn't work, we were assigned the wrong room and was only contacted after we were out until dinner time then asked us to come back to change room.

The hotel is relatively near to lots of the attractions we want to go, and the room is quite clean

There were a lot of mosquitoes and flying insects outside the window at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

1. No cupboard or hangers to hang your clothes. This homestay expect guests to place clothes on the floor 2. Nothing to hold toilet paper in place, it can fall out and get wet 3. Toilet glass sliding door do not stay closed 4. TV is not working. How can Housekeeping Mgr allow room to be released to new guests w/o inspecting and checking that everything is working? 5. Balcony table & chairs full of bird shit. How do the homestay expect guests to sit on these bird stained chairs 6. No chair in the room to even rest 7. Stains on pillow case 8. Red stains on edge of bed sheet

The management have a good idea but skim on things that delight their guests, read comments on ‘What didn’t like about the property?’

Didn’t have hot water kettle for ground floor rooms. Same charges with 2nd floor room inside villa but smaller and without hot water kettle. Karaoke is basically nonexistent with just stuffy karaoke boxes and pricey charges. Bed is not top notch kind of cleanliness, expect more with such price per night. A lot of rove bettle found which is dangerous, can cause skin inflammation

Rooms looks and property tired needs revamp, toilet ceiling water stains of leakages, lots of insects. Too short shower screen hard to shower to keep rest of toilet dry. Breakfast on Sunday food doesn’t get replenished and insufficient. Room sound proofing can be improved - people shouting or running in corridor or music from Function rooms can be heard clearly in the room.

Location, beautiful view of Padi fields, cycling facilities, beautiful structures for photos. Short driving distance to many locations. Good sufficient parking. Well setup rooms for short stay.

Sound proofing needs to be improved. The hot water dispenser was broken but there is a kettle provided - though you need to wait awhile for the water to boil. The open air between the rooms and the front desk maybe nice but it can be troublesome during raining season

Faulty aircon and water heater. It was also probably off season but the pool is filled with bugs and mosquito larvae. Spider webs are also everywhere. Out of order game consoles at the arcade.

Is too small for 4 adults, can hear the noise.

Location is good, near to each locations and eating place. At night if you have no place to go, there is a lot of activities like karaoke, game area. Breakfast is great!

There are many ‘ants’ which the staff told us poisonous, found in the bedroom. No insect spray provided. We shorten our stay to 1night instead of 2.🫣
