The hotel provides a lift, visitors don’t need to carry luggage up the stairs. Rooms are well maintained. The toilet is clean.

during the Raya stays, it was chaotic because all the car parks were taken up, i have to park very far to walk to hotel. The hotel should have reserve parking lots for customers. Also the restaurant shop below open till morning 2am which disturd our stay here.

MalaysiaThere's no breakfast (there was previously). The room is stuffy and I had to have the fan in the bathroom on at all times. Also, I had to change rooms because the first room they gave me was causing a leak in the restaurant below. I hope they have fixed it.
The location is good because it is near food and a supermarket, opposite the Dewan Muafakat. There's Richiamo and Cafe Gelato there. The room is small and comfortable but there is no window and a bit stuffy. The aircon took a while to get cold, but it was okay after it was cold. The staff is friendly and polite. I did sleep okay.
