MalaysiaThe lift should repair asap. Most of the customer's comment is about the lift breakdown. Without the lift, that is very inconvenience to us especially third floor. Other than this, all good.
Overall is good, but the room behind will a bit noisy due to the construction site start working in the morning. Every thing in the room is fully function, that is what i didn't expect. Very satisfy the toilet,its big and clean. Shower water is strong enough and hot, very enjoy on it. Keep it work, i will be back.

Staff friendly & helpful 🤩. When I entered the room was clean & the floor was clean, satisfying 🥰. The room provided toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste) towels; slippers & the best-provided hair dryer🥰. Iron is provided at the corner of the room 👍. The location is near amenities, and there are lots of shops nearby. Hungry at night, Tomyam shop (if not mistaken Aisyah Adam Tom Yam Restaurant) around the corner is open till 2 am, and their food is 👍. Parking Free. Thank you for having us Well Hotel & thank you for staff front desk your assistance 👍🙏. Apologies if there any inconvenience from our end. I'll stay here again.
