MalaysiaNothing much to nitpick on. Generally good. Staff is ok, they weren't rude or anything but can be friendlier.
The family room is quite spacious, enough to place two queen beds and one single bed and still have room for occupants to move around. There is even a sofa in front of the TV and an extra chair at the desk. It is really ideal for a family stay. Parking is provided and easy to get a space. There are restaurants and shops nearby, within walking-distance.

Malaysiaduring check out- as i was about to get in my car, one of the staffs (one chinese and one indian) had asked me about the 'sajadah' (the one i got from the staff during check in), asking whether i have taken the sajadah with me. Of course i left the sajadah in the room, because it belongs to the hotel. No fridge
during check in, the staff (malay guy) was very friendly. Very near to the main road, Just drive a bit then you'll get to the restaurant.

Aircon keeps cutting in n out- so i kept waking up to cover n uncover the thick quilt they gave as blanket.Unable to sleep well

SingaporeHowever, the room facility were not that great. I booked 2 rooms. One came with all the same basic necessary but the other one, the soap dispenser was damaged. The lift has a security system requires a key card to access the level you stay which is good but they only gave 1 key card. That makes going up and down very inconvenient.
The staff was really friendly abd helpful with the check in. Even the staff that helped with the cleaning were friendly and smiley.
