As our laundry service is handled by a third-party provider, delivery typically requires additional time, which is why we often recommend it for guests staying longer than two nights. For shorter stays or express needs, there are several self-service laundry facilities nearby just a 3–5 minute walk from the hotel. These offer quick, flexible options without minimum weight requirements. We regret the confusion and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
