Malaysiathe bathroom drain seems to be clogged as the water drains very slowly. There is also a towel hanging on the rack, but it’s unclear if the towel is clean or not. Everything else is okay.
great apartment with a strategic location, easy access to shops, and many stores at the bottom of the building. There are food outlets and convenience stores, so you don’t need to go far. The parking is free, but there are no designated parking spaces, so you have to compete for a spot near the entrance. The apartment is comfortable and beautiful. Easy to access.

Malaysiain PDF brochure show swimming pool at level 5 but NOT mention about charge ,they didn't mention about rooftop pools at level 37 and operation hours Returnable of RM200 deposit is too late within 48H to weekly...Properties Management must remember RM200 can buy ole ole during checkout/traveling (still waiting deposit return)
admin must give a guide with short video from main entrance,get the key from mail box,and find the car park with numbering( but thats time can park anywhere) Also needs video how to open the door with password.

AustraliaWe checkin found conditions of apartment in a mess not cleaned from previous guests used. Was given wrong wifi login, no toilet papers provided, tv not working, x2 tv remotes no battery. Property owner promised to troubleshoot next day but didn’t happened and foul smell in toilet and shampoo turned mouldy.

MalaysiaThe table in the second bedroom is about to collapse, the second room has ants and cockroaches in the living room, personal belongings maybe from the previous guest probably shouldn't be on the homestay balcony. Next, it is hoped that the homestay management will be more aware of the condition of the homestay before renting it out to guests.
