-As a frequent guest , I notice the gradual decline in the level cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms. This time, I feel compelled to document the complaints. Areas overlooked include: 1) SINK/TOILET/BATHROOM: the toiletries holder (broken and stained with toothpaste); the CHRONIC ABSENCE of dustbin liners (a piece of rubbish stuck in unlined dustbin and not removed); dirty glasses at the sink (smudged); uncleaned shaving mirror; splash stains/watermark on toilet door; foreign pieces of hair on rim of bathtub; shower door not wiped down - has splash stains. 2) INTERIOR/FURNITURE: ALL drawers/shelves in cupboard, side table, chest of drawers, writing desk, above fridge are DUSTY!!; behind main door - dried rice, cobwebs and dust; main window - oily smudges and handprints; poorly cleaned/vacuumed carpet and floor - dried rice and crumbs; chair at writing table - also had traces of dried rice and crumbs in the crease betw seat and backrest. 3) MINI FRIDGE: poorly cleaned - shelf separators bear stains from previous users; leaking condensate. I bring extra rubbish bags, cleaning items to self-solve this issue, spending an hour or so to re-tidy the room. I strongly suggest random and frequent spot-checks be carried out by the Management to evaluate the quality of cleanliness, and make the necessary adjustments. I would share more pictures/videos of the above complaints, if requested. OTHER MATTERS CHECK-IN: -Make it a first-come-first-served basis to avoid Q-cutting, esp when crowded. TV CHANNELS: -Limited channels - local TV and in-house programming. MAINTENANCE: -Please ensure that any maintenance work be conducted and completed BEFORE 7PM, unless urgent. On the evening of 12 July 2025, Sat (eve of the Score Marathon), around 9.30-10.00pm, loud drilling and knocking was heard emanating from the wall between Rooms 823 and 824. Upon checking with Reception, the sounds were due to maintenance work from the upper floor.

ROOM 823 / Stay 11-15 July 2025 RECEPTION: -Friendly staff -Refreshment ROOM: -Drinking water tap installed by the sink. No more plastic bottles. -Comfortable bed and pillows -Good A/C, although it takes a while to cool the room -Good view of lake and bridge RESTAURANT: -As always, breakfast serves a wide variety of delicious food and dessert. PARKING: -Free parking, limited space, but safe.

The quality of food served at breakfast was not as good as it used to be. Not enough staff handling the breakfast booth when there was big crowd on weekend.

Breakfast it is a bit messy. A rearrangement of sectors and overlook of tables is recommended. Nothing different that other hotels are already doing

Cleanliness was poor (mould around the bath, toilet dirty, wet tissue and slippers around the pool), paint flaking throughout the room.

Location is brilliant, good size room and comfortable bed, staff were friendly, in house dining was tasty (lunch and breakfast), filtered water on tap.

This time I'm a bit unhappy. My room has a toilet problem. Luckily there is another attached room for my kids the toilet functions properly. Else all spill out...

Reception staff are not discrete giving room numbers during check-in. Rooms are not clean and has stains on the curtains and rugs which makes the stay very unpleasant. Rooms need more attention and checking equipment for renovation.
