The pillows on the beds were awful. Very thin and just lumps of foam/material. Had to fold them in half to get any sort of support. For the standard of the hotel these really weren’t acceptable. The decorative pillows smelled of body odour. They’d been used to sleep with and hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen was a complete waste of space. There were no dishes or cooking implements whatsoever, just a whole set of empty cupboards, so it was unusable. Take it out and put a sofa in there instead. There was only one easy chair. In a room so big there was more than enough room for two. The WiFi wasn’t very good at all. Weak and the signal kept dropping in and out.

Lovely hotel. The security staff that met us as we arrived were fantastic and there was secure parking for our motorbikes. All staff were eager to please and very helpful. Hot shower and very spacious room. We were given a room with a balcony and had a view of the sea. Fabulous for sitting out and watching the amazing sunsets. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had in two years on the road! Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was nice too. Overall a really nice stay.

Just details - the room has big kitchen but not a single spoon or plate. The wooden floor would require some refurbishment.

Everything was perfect, no complaints!

The room was large, very clean and comfortable. It had a kettle for tea and coffee and drinking water was provided daily. It also had a fridge and two hot plates.

The food overall was not that good. The sandwich and burgers in roomsevice was not good. And breakfast had a variety of stuff but some of it were just a bit weird but maybe that’s difference in culture.

The gym is super small. I requested in reception to fix the room phone line and it took 3 days. The staff assisting with the luggage is quite pushy.

The luxury room is ideal to work. It is spacious, has a terrace and a desk.

I dont like in the surrounding area, the way to Maputo Shooping are some people seelling goods in the street.

The location is excellent in the middle of Maputo city., in addition the facilities are very good conditions, the food is delicious, the staff is very good.

We had quite a few glitches. Key card in one room didn't work initially. No hot water in other room initially, telephone and kettle didn't work. Once sorted all fine but for a night stay slightly annoying.

1. The Air Conditioning capacity was very small and it was not at all sufficient for a big room and coastal area like maputo where the weather is always sultry. Bigger capacity of air conditioning is recommended. 2. The pool was not clean when we wanted to use it. It had cockroaches and dead insects in them. Regular cleaning is required.

The room was quite big and is enough to occupy 2 of us for 5 days. We felt very comfortable with the space. The location is something to be really appreciated. It is located close to the shore and hence we took all the opportunity we can get to go for a run along the shore for fresh air. It is also located next to the shopping mall, so all the necessary things like grocery and food is literally a minute away.

The almost permanent noise of an air-conditioned machine, outside the room, but strongly heard inside the room.

Our room wasn't ready so we were moved to another one, that had a bad smell. The third room was good and an upgrade, so they saved the situation nicely thanks.

Good location near the ferry terminals, restaurants, and shops. Friendly helpful staff and very good breakfast!
