The bathroom can get a bit stuffy because there are no windows, and it would be great if they could install ventilators to improve airflow.

I loved that the staff spoke English, making it easy for us to communicate and navigate our stay. They were also incredibly welcoming and always willing to lend a helping hand, which truly made our visit to Maputo lovely.

I didn't like the fact that when it comes to the language barrier it was difficult to communicate & didn't understand the money used in Maputo

I like that we were close to the beach and the Manager treat us in a wonderful way,he was helpful & always there to assist .I give him 10/10

REVIEW FOR: Angel Boutique Hotel (Maputo) ROOM: Approx 20 SqM (210 SqFt)...1st Floor PICTURES: They have combined pictures for their two different locations. This location does not have a pool. Some rooms can have sea view INTERNET SPEED: 6.6 Mbps WORKING SPACE: Nice desk with good chair LOCATION: Across from the Sun City Resort VIEW FROM MY ROOM: Parking/Laundry SAFETY: Very safe PARKING: Inside of security fence. There are only two parking spots and the cars are parked back to back. You will need someone to move their car if you got there first. BONUS: I think they actually washed our car while it was parked. NOISE: This specific room was next to a couple of worker areas and the windows didn't shut properly so you could hear some talking. Not a big deal for us LENGTH OF STAY: 1 night STAFF: Very responsive and accommodating. ADDITIONAL: They spray for mosquitoes nightly, but those things still got in and had a feast on me.

The room was above the reception and all the sounds downstairs echoed to the room, loudly. Earplugs fixed that though. I expect sounds from the room also echoed to the hallway. The breakfast system does not work. The "breakfast included" in their case means you have a budget for breakfast in the separate restaurant downstairs. I was able to fit a toast with fries and a coffee in it. Water or juice costs extra... They are also closed every now and then and definitely do not open at 7, as is stated in the description, more like 9. I was able to work remote most mornings, luckily. I recommend buying the breakfast those mornings that it's convenient.

The room was nice and had good space. The staff was helpful and friendly, and made my stay extremely satisfying. I would like to return one day.

Main concern, when we got there, there was no restaurant open, albeit we may have been a bit late. Although in the morning there was also no property restaurant open for breakfast, a bit disheartening at the fact that the property does offer services like this but we didn’t manage to experience it.

Very central, good location, appreciated Vidal moving his car so we can fit our car in for safe keeping. Awesome bed! So soft and comfortable. Vidal was so hospitable and helped us with all our needs!

The bathroom door could not close. As it is a restuarant as well perhaps to inform staff to keep it a bit down around the rooms and back of the rooms.

Chiko/Vidal was exceptional in his service helping us to check in early,giving some good insights and quickly assiting with clean up when we spilt some peri peri sauce all over the room.

No parking space, room doors & toilets as well as sliding for my rooms need to be fixed. 🥲

Rooms are spacious and having a restaurant within just made it good.

The finishes are off, the lights were not working properly, the bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the toilet seat cover was damaged. A lot of noise from the restaurant.
