Supurb location, right on the beach. Bar and restuarant was close to the rooms and perfect for sundowner drinks and dinner. Room had a terrace with great beach and sea views.

One thing to note is that our room was located close to the restaurant, and at times, the smell from the kitchen could be felt inside. Nevertheless, we booked the room knowing its proximity to the kitchen, so this did not come as a surprise.

Our stay at Casa da Praia was all about the incredible location. Being right in front of the beach is a dream come true, waking up to the sound of the waves and having that very good, direct view of the ocean is something we won't forget. It's the perfect spot for anyone who wants to be as close to the sand and sea as possible. The room, while tiny, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's something to be aware of if you need a lot of space. Starting the day with their breakfast was another highlight. It was consistently good and provided a great start before heading out to explore Tofo. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Casa da Praia. If you're looking for a clean place with a good breakfast and a truly unbeatable beachfront view, this is the perfect choice. We would happily recommend it to fellow beach lovers.

Room was very spacious patio opened up to the most beautiful view of the beach. The location is right on the beach tranquil and beautiful. Staff were fantastic helpful kind and eager to please.

Room was a bit small and the bathroom can do with some maintenance. The drain in the bathroom had a terrible smell. Other than that the place was perfect

As above some would love it.But becareful standard room is this.Bigger rooms are 80% more expensive and old but ok.Photos are slightly, to very misleading for this room.Photos are genuine.So how misleading? Angles and positions.Would I tell people not to go there? Never it will suit many perfectly

Well overall not the expectation we thought or were after.I am sure its 100% perfect for others.Room on side of restaurant,specifically kitchen Do could hear every clatter of every pan.Only wall between head,pillows and kitchen 1 m from beach after our 2m2 patio.Which meant 1m from the first restaurant tablr.Would have been a nightmare in season.We got lucky,quiet.Staff were all generally very good.Food decent at restaurant but many better.C Mew for instance.Also made a lovely guesture on my birthday

Our air conditioner didn’t work for 8 out of 10 days. Not very private. A lot of people walking up to the rooms to take pictures! Very noisy from 31 Dec - 2 Jan music from functions going till 7.00 am

The room outdoor equipment could be improved (really incomfortable chairs). It worths to make the staying even better. the moustique net doesn't reach the ground and thus they are not really effective.

The Toilet need improvements. My room was close to restaurant and had another room/apartment upstairs so it was not easy to sleep after the staff arrive or the upstairs neghbours woke up

More variety in restaurant choices would have been good. Shower was clogged first day but was promptly fixed.

Hotel is excellent. Location perfect on beach but requires a 10-minute walk from where public transport lets off passengers. Excellent breakfast included in rate.
