Evening meal was just super delicious... feels like I was eating at my parents' home. Beautiful house, room and garden.

Palmeiras has a good home environment, the staff are very helpful and with a great attitude. The atmosphere is very warm, every time I go to Maputo I stay there for its warm vibe. I had to rent a car for the day and there was plenty and secure parking. I highly recommend staying at this Guesthouse.

Palmeiras is such a beautiful Guest House surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very nice, and quiet neighborhood. Amazingly clean inside with much more space than expected, stunning bedrooms and bathrooms. I would highly recommend staying here! Ups!!! Forgot about the wonderful breakfast, this is a must try! Celia and her staff are such good hosts!

This is a very charming place. You fall in love with everything in there. The people are awesome 👌. The ladies do a great job. Hospitality at its best. A little surreal out of a movie 🎬 scene. I enjoyed everything that Palmeiras Guest House had to offer. The breakfast is simply divine, I had never experienced a breakfast with so much diversity. The availability and friendliness of all the staff from the owner to all the employees. The area is safe and very central, where you can go for a walk. It was a great experience and for sure if I come back to Maputo I will stay in this Oasis in the centre of Maputo. Unique place. Thank you

I arrived very early and was able to check in, however I was not shown the property or informed about breakfast hours, ended up just going with the flow. On my last day as I left early due to my flight security held me up for 10min trying to call someone because he hadn't been informed about my departure. I know that's safety but bad for the guest specially because I was not given any receipt. Rooms are very good but mine needed some ventilation the first day as it had that smell of being closed for a while.

The location, breakfast variety just missed some natural juice like orange. Staff is hospitable and smiley.

There is nothing to complain!

The hospitality from Celia and her team was amazing. The breakfast was definitely the best during our trip through Mozambique. A huge variety of cakes, tartes, fruits and more. The rooms are spatious and super clean. The location of the guesthouse is perfect for walking to all the places you might want to see (Old Town, Train Station, Polana, ...). All in all, it was a perfect start for our travel through Mozambique.

Everything! starting from the greetings and entrance till small little cozy things, like garden in the bathroom and decoration in lounge area. The guest house is much brighter and cozy than it appears on a photo. Breakfast is something beyond describing it, the variety of cakes and pies makes it whole gastronomic journey. Host is very friendly and keen on a good advise. Safe and secure place with gated parking and guard always on site. The only place to stay in Maputo.
